Froch was great last night-up against it and bit of a slow start for him but what a fight.

 REALLY ?! Just watched it and for 11 rounds he wasn't even close. One round and he came alive and knocked him out and then finished the job. Never impressed me as Froch and he wouldn't stand a chance against Calzaghe but he won't happen anyway because it wouldn't make money for Calzaghe. He's had his big fights now.

Froch was shit, but fair play for that last round, showed good strength to pull it out of the bag when needed. Calzaghe would murder him though.

Correct on both counts

Gotta say i've never been to impressed by froch but the above sums it all up. Crap for 11 rounds, but did the business when needed.

His game plan all along was to take him out late(albeit not that late :D )

He was obviously nervous and his low guard didn't help but he went over and done the business, even after telling his opponent his game plan he still whupped him in his own backyard because he was too chicken to travel.

A fight with Calzaghe would be brilliant but you'd definitely see a different Froch-though I think Joe would just about nick it still.

Froch showed plenty of heart but a younger Taylor would have beaten him!! Froch really needs to tidy up and smooth his skills and move up in gear to world stage!

Overall, i'm really happy for the lad, his career has been a tough one, rather then a Warren showcase of fighting bums and over marketing!!!
