When I used to work in finance at IBM the quarter ends would be really busy and late but the managers would order Pizza etc and we'd make an evening of it, have a swift pint at 9-30 afterwards as well.

Yeah, that's what my sister and her colleagues do at month end. I quite enjoyed it. Having the football on helped in that respect

I have been lent a Micra special edition to get home tonight as the buses will have stopped running by the time i leave. Managing Director has just walked past and said hello. It's not too bad, I've whacked Sky Sports on the TV and haven't actually started working yet
