marko Posted 8 March 2009 Posted 8 March 2009 It's a shame they didn't show all the build up for the Oakley goal, would be interesting to see how many passes there were.

Thracian Posted 8 March 2009 Posted 8 March 2009 Glad we made the best of it. Even murderers don't get that much time!
AmericanScott Posted 8 March 2009 Posted 8 March 2009 Cracking goals. Cleverley's looked awsome even though it was against a crap defence. The build up to Oakley's was nice. I'll have more of that please. Once again, thanks Davie.
Scow Posted 8 March 2009 Posted 8 March 2009 Cleverley went on a similar run and shot wide before his goal so it was great to see him put that right. Shit! Did you see that? That was liquid football.

demon_dog Posted 9 March 2009 Posted 9 March 2009 Having seen it again, what was wrong with the own goal? Perfectly ok as far as I could see. Bloody Linesman.

Bert Posted 9 March 2009 Posted 9 March 2009 Having seen it again, what was wrong with the own goal?Perfectly ok as far as I could see. Bloody Linesman. When the ball was played in, Howard was in an offside position, and as he went for the ball, he was deemed active, if he'd not gone for the ball, the defender wouldn't have had to intercept.
