You could try yougov, they pay 50p for some surveys you fill in, others just enter you in a prize draw. They don't send you any money until you've earned £50. I've been doing it for nearly 2 years now and I still haven't got £20 yet, so if you're looking for some quick cash I'd forget it.

Also, you get cash for signing up to things like Napster and Lovefilm. I have made quite a bit on things like that as you dont have to spend a money, just be organised on cancelling the subscriptions before you get charged and read the terms and conditions carefully.
