Guest Posted 20 April 2009 Posted 20 April 2009 Seeing my second title win was pretty good. I've got my scarf from the last one somewhere... Sir Fynwy thinking that this was the first title win during my lifetime made my day. I believe he forgets just how old I am.

Thracian Posted 20 April 2009 Posted 20 April 2009 Being 60, and having had a life jammed packed with thrilling days, it would be impossible to single out one above them all and so many have faded into the mists of time. But to mention just two: a) Winning the "match of the tournament" award in the East of England squash championships when losing 3-2 to England captain and number one Stuart Courtney. b) Playing against the legendary Jonah Barrington, then the reigning British Open Champion, when he made a rare appearance at number one for Cornwall in the Inter County championships.
dandannieldanok Posted 20 April 2009 Posted 20 April 2009 It probably would have been passing my driving test, had it not been on the same day as the infamous Sheff Weds game. Was on a high from mid morning until 4.45pm. <_<
RAFRUDY Posted 20 April 2009 Posted 20 April 2009 Best moments of my life so far, 1) Becoming a fighter pilot in the RAF. 2)Playoff finals v derby and palace. 3)League cup finals v Middlesborough and Tranmere. 4)This weekend at southend. Not sure about the order, but they are all up there!
Thracian Posted 20 April 2009 Posted 20 April 2009 Best moments of my life so far,1) Becoming a fighter pilot in the RAF. Top gun eh? That's some achievement. As a squash player how I could have done with eyesight like that!
