Although i agree racial abuse should not happen and "town full of pakkis" should not have been sang today and i didn't sing it however there is no way some racial songs can be compared to the isanbull song. Both are wrong but one is worse and we know which one.

Since were alla pologising   may i apologise for the Leeds fans who do sing racist songs ,its not right nor fair not when we have ethnic and black players playing for us!!

What a rediculous thing to say. How can racism be worse?

People can't help their own race. How can people abusing people for the colour of their skin be less of an appauling thing then sing songs about Turks. My understanding is that the fans that were murdered wern't quite whiter than white anyway, and the likelyhood is they insighted it.

I'm glad i sat in the kop this afternoon was much better than L1.

You were in L1, I stood with you for abit.

Now I don't want to condone the idiots who sang the 'u ran from the Turks chant' - that was disgraceful and completely out of order. Hoever, it seems that Leeds can dish it out but can't take it in return. It is no wonder Leeds United fans have one of the worst reputations in English football.

101768

We can take it. You should be telling the lads in L1 who dished it out and "then ran from the Leeds" about dishing it out and not taking it in return.

101882

Leeds fans are #### 2 faced they kick off when that is sung but not half an hour before they were singing the Munich song, i'm not defending it but they cant have it both ways.

101701

No one is saying anything about having it both ways.

Just not to expect to chant about Turkey and for us to sit back and take it. Did you not notice that those singing Munich were soon drowned out by the other Leeds fans singing other songs? Shame there were no decent fans in L1 to drown out the Turkish chants.

Shame the ones who were singing it left early and ducked out to let the genuine fans take the flak.

Look forward to Elland Road next season.

It seems to me that you're contradicting yourself there. You obviously can't take it by your own admission. <_<

I was in the Leeds corner and have to say that I really enjoyed the game. Great atmosphere and the Leeds fans sang their hearts out for the whole first half - infact Leicester fans didn't seem to know how to reply to it. It made me proud to be a Leeds fan.

One thing that I did hate was the fact that we sang the Munich song. I never sing it, hate it and would never condone it. Infact Leeds fans have argued about this countless times on forums asking "why the hell do we sing it?"

But when the Turkish chants started it spoilt the banter between the fans and again the Leeds reply of "Town full of Paki's" chant was out of order. I always say, two wrongs don't make a right!

At the end of the day, I'd like to see Leicester City do something about the morons who sang the Turkish related song, and get them banned for life!

Not to mention banning any Leeds fans who threw coins and then chanted racist chants at us.

Thanks to the Leeds w****r who threw a pound coin from the away end and hit me quite hard on the leg of which I now have a bruise. Thankfully it didnt hit anyone in the eye and blinded someone eh?

Got to keep the quid though so your a quid down out of your social security money - nevermind! Tossers!

It was a retaliation. You take out the mindless people from L1, and then you wouldn't have got the response that happened. Like I say, I wasn't one of the lads throwing things or chanting racial abuse, and I sincerely apologise for what happened from the Leeds fans response. But surely you can't condone what the Leicester fans said to kick it off?

Of course I don't condone it, but the thugs from either side should never attend a match again.

I found the Leeds fans in the ground to be vocal but very intimidating.

I must admit to hating all Leeds fans yesterday - something I have never, ever done before, I even tried giving Teeno the old 'they are football fans the same as us' chat before the game.

101900

I never understand these comments. We were very vocal - true. But how were we intimidating?

I remember a couple of seasons ago when we played Sunderland (I think) and a lady phoned up 909 and told them that the "Leeds fans were out of order and stupid, especially when they were doing the 'We are the Champions' chant throughout half-time. They were waving their shirts over their heads and were extremely intimidating!" How?

Oh thats what you were singing, it just sounded like a (very effective) noise, no one could work out what you were singing, probably because it was a blatent lie ;)

Its from when we were in the Champions League. It was sung at Milan, Valencia, Lazio and all your old favourites. The thing that spoils the chant is the fact that a lot of fans clap through it.

We sing "We are the Champions, Champions of Europe!" - known as WACCOE! Shabba! B)

Turkey is obviously a very imotive issue for Leeds fans - and rightly so

As already stated by most on here the chant from L1 was well out of order

However - I won't forgive or forget the racist abuse Muzzy received from Leeds fans at Filbert Street - This of course on top of the regular racist abuse dished out to everyone at Leicester through the town full of chant

I was heartned though by the fact that the town full of chant was only sung by a minority yesterday

Theres no doubt that football fans are getting much better about racism etc, and it is just a small minority of people who spoil it for everyone.

Find these people and ban them for life

I can't really explain why - you were loud and vocal and obviously very passionate maybe it was all preconception. The 3 racist fans we met on the way in did nothing to despell these though.

But as I said I was wrong and will never ever tar all football fans with the same brush again.

You must be one of the thicker Leeds fans, huh?

First of all thanks to all those who have apologised!

Still think it is unfair to tar us all as racists, especially when it was such a small minority, who were probably put right bu other Leeds fans, this is the first time in years that i have heard about us singing racist songs, IT IS WRONG, and i'm sure all Leeds fans are sorry about this....

But , i still think the Turk chants were worse, i heard many in your stand were running their fingers across their throats, how this can even be compared to a chant i really do not know :(

well id just hope that it doesnt kick off at ER(Elland Road to you)

Before you start using abbreveations, you might want to learn how to spell correctly first. And while you're at it, you could also learn about the term 'punctuation'.

As for your previous comment, (It's wrong to sing about the murdered fans, but it's "not as bad" hurling racist abuse and throwing stuff) that's got to be close to the daftest thing I've heard or read all year!
