How excited is everyone?

I'll probably be more excited towards the start of August, around the time of the Valladolid friendly.

I'm bored.

Somebody wake me up when MM spends 10p on a packet of space invaders.

Cheers.

I thought they were 15p. Or am I thinking of Freddos?

Mate, really thought you were a sheep shagger, after your comments in the last couple of weeks.

I felt a bit like the same when we moved from filbo. I agree with all your comments here, its getting very corperate, but its not just city its generic amongst all true footy fans. Football hasn't been the same since sky took over. Its been great for the prem teams but pants for everybody else.

In a perverse way I actully enjoyed our season in league 1 by going to all those grounds, and meeting true footy fans who follow their teams through thick and thin, and will never ever come close to being in the top flight let alone winning a major trophy.

Even "real" Man u fans a few years ago broke away and set up a new team in the lower leagues after the Glazers took over.

If you do fall out of love with all the commercialism and razz matazz of modern day football, dont fall out of love with city...and please dont go and follow Derby whatever you do...the grass isn't always greener on the other side of the fence.

Dude that was a stupid thread that I started because of something Tommeh said about ST benefits I think. As if any LCFC fan could ever jump ship. Honestly my blood flows blue and will never change. I moved to London for 9 years, watched Wimbledon sometimes but was always a LCFC fan!

Anyone who genuinely felt that I have jumped ship was an utter mug, with this knowledge re read the old thread and it will be obvious.

I'm so excited, and I just can't hide it, I'm about to lose control and you know what? I think I like it

We shouldn't even think about tomorrow

Sweet memories will last for long long time

We'll have a good time, Baby, don't do worry

And if we're still playin' around boy that's just fine :D

I'm personally not particularly excited to be honest, I think it is mainly because so many of us would be happy with mid table mediocrity. Thats hardly going to get me excited lol. Plus I can't really go to a game until Watford in September. Looking forward to October though with QPR and Reading in the same month.

And it was quite obvious that Kilworth didn't "defect".

Part of me can't wait for the football to start up again, but I can't get excited about it at all. The next couple of years are important to me, career-wise, and the sacrifices I will be making for that mean I can't get excited as I hate missing games. Looking at what I am going to miss already is depressing.

Not that excited yet, what we need is a few more signings to bring up the optimism............plus i'm getting sick and tired of the crap mercury sport articles in there rag!!!!!!
