I stand to be corrected but I was under the impression that he signed for Luton last year. Pay a bit of attention as have some Luton supporting mates. Good player.

Is he likely to make the step up, or be a bench warmer / sign and straight back out on loan?

If he's cheap he'd be good backup. Would be shrewd I think, particularly as we aren't guaranteed to keep Waghorn, you never know when we'll need the extra striker.
