FilboFox Posted 6 September 2009 Author Posted 6 September 2009 What on earth was up with this weekend's show? So many crap people and people splitting up and getting back together blah blah blah... what a load of shit! Stick with the singing, or lack of it and leave it at that... it's not bloody Jeremy Kyle FFS!
The Blur Posted 6 September 2009 Posted 6 September 2009 That couple who got back together seem to be relucant to do that, under pressure by the TV and the judges I think

FilboFox Posted 20 September 2009 Author Posted 20 September 2009 Oh, gawd - is Filbo gonna be starting this malarkey on here soon? Oh yes! But there is going to be massive changes to the way things are run for as much transparency as possible. All will be revealed once it starts.
AoWW Posted 20 September 2009 Posted 20 September 2009 Oh yes!But there is going to be massive changes to the way things are run for as much transparency as possible. All will be revealed once it starts. Pfft, I ain't going for any of this revealing transparent shiz.
FilboFox Posted 20 September 2009 Author Posted 20 September 2009 Pfft, I ain't going for any of this revealing transparent shiz. Well last year everyone was complaining about how it could easily be fixed etc. etc. so I've just been thinking about how to make it more open for it to be clear who's doing what. I think the changes that I've decided on should be pretty good... we'll see though. One thing I need to ask though is whether you'd be happy to be a judge/mentor person again.

Me and Nussul... too gay
AoWW Posted 20 September 2009 Posted 20 September 2009 Balls to you then. Now now, there's only room for one temperamental diva amongst the mentors.
FilboFox Posted 20 September 2009 Author Posted 20 September 2009 FXT Factor Season 3 NEWS FLASH: It has been confirmed that there is to be a reshuffle in the judging line up of the successful 'talent' contest ahead of the start of the third season. In a press conference earlier today, FXT Factor organiser and head judge FilboFox confirmed suspicions that there would be changes in the setup of the competition and that the judging panel would be seeing new faces. There are now to be open 'auditions' for anyone to enter with the judges making their decisions known for each and every audition publicly, hand picking the best ones to go through to the live shows when they begin in October. This is a radical change from previous years of the show when contestants would enter and the judges would privately decide amongst themselves which acts would go through to the live shows. Also changing from past seasons, the contestants names will now be shown alongside their song choices throughout the competition in a move described by FilboFox as "increasing the openness of the contest and allowing the voters to base their decisions on the personalities of the contestants as well as their song choices." This change has been criticised by some, claiming that it is moving the contest away from being about the songs and more about the individuals. One unhappy fan said "if we wanted the contest to be about personalities, we'd watch Big Brother." Perhaps the biggest and most significant alteration to the show though is in the form of the judging panel which is to see two new faces join the ranks. Libertine and NSLL will be sitting alongside FilboFox and AoWW who signed a new contract keeping her on for at least another year. The announcement that James. has been axed from the show came as little surprise to many who expected him to leave despite being the winning mentor last season. Conflicts during season two had left a strained relationship between James. and the shows producers who had this to say on the matter "We appreciate what James. has done for the show. He's been a great mentor and judge for the last two years and deserves every bit of praise for being the winning mentor last year, but it was felt that a change was needed to the line up to freshen up the show for series three." The live shows start on the 10th October with auditions opening a couple of weeks or so before to allow the judges to make their decisions.
Fox You Forest Posted 20 September 2009 Posted 20 September 2009 I've heard that first change before, I can't imagine where you got the idea from. Tinpot competition.
