Uncle Albert Posted 24 August 2009 Posted 24 August 2009 Really couldnt help but smile at daniels performance. at cheryl saying "I would take you in my category right now" I bet she would How the hell have you seen a comment like that in a sexual way?
Samilktray Posted 24 August 2009 Posted 24 August 2009 How the hell have you seen a comment like that in a sexual way? It beggars belief.
AjcW Posted 24 August 2009 Posted 24 August 2009 How the hell have you seen a comment like that in a sexual way? Probably fallout from that girls aloud songs thread. My bad
Fox You Forest Posted 5 September 2009 Posted 5 September 2009 I think I've found my girl for this year. Hands off bitch.
Libertine Posted 5 September 2009 Posted 5 September 2009 Hands off bitch. Strange sense of deja vu here.
The Doctor Posted 5 September 2009 Posted 5 September 2009 Cancelled yet? with big brother going next year if this and Britians got delueded fools who haven't actually got any talent at all can get cancelled then we are just the removal of soaps and itv football away from perfect tv.
DB11 Posted 5 September 2009 Posted 5 September 2009 Not watched this; seems crap with the auditions in front of a live audience. I may watch it when it gets to the main stages though
Legend_in_blue Posted 5 September 2009 Posted 5 September 2009 The kid who sang the Whitney Houston track was pretty good. Why is it with this show that they give the big build up to the decent performances? It's as if they know they're good before they go out. And let's get the 50 family members back stage! Clear set-up imo.

So yeh, they know they're good.
maddog Posted 5 September 2009 Posted 5 September 2009 Because there are numerous stages before they even get to this bit. So yeh, they know they're good. No it's because before the shows on TV even started they had already chosen the acts who get to sing at the judges houses. So the ones that get through to that stage and to the live shows always get a big build up as they are already in the judges houses stage when we see their 1st audition. They've probably already decided whos in the live shows possibly by now.

lou Posted 5 September 2009 Posted 5 September 2009 Its shite now theyve changed it - I'll not watch it again. Only used to like the auditions before anyway
morris1234 Posted 5 September 2009 Posted 5 September 2009 Anybody see about that reporter went undercover? how they were forcing them to do the '........got the x factor' bit, handing out signs made by the crew and making them hold them up and quite a lot of people end up singing to some random person in a small room instead of proper auditions. You can sort of understand why though as they have to get through quite a few people. Anybody else getting bored with it now though? the complete lack of variety just annoys me, if there ever to be deemed good on the show they have to be , 9 times out of 10, a pop wannabee. Somebody who will sing 'you raise me up', do that mariah carey/christina aguilera throat gargle that does sound good (if you know how to do it!) and say 'it would mean the world if you won' everytime you are spoken too. Not trying to be some annoying little rebel because most of us wish we could sing like some of them, and occasionally there is somebody incredible. Its just there are enough of these around nowadays? Anybody else agree?

Anybody else agree? My friend has auditioned twice.... they literally come along the queue at first and get you to sing then get rid of the ones they dont want, then inside they do a similar thing again then the ones that get through have to sing in front of a panel of production staff where they pick the good ones and the ones who are going to be entertaining. THEN they get to do it in front of Cowell and Co.

Bert Posted 5 September 2009 Posted 5 September 2009 You can tell who are going to be good, and who aren't. The auditions were recorded live, but they're not shown live. The show goes out before watershed, and some deluded idiots who think they are actually good will use "obscene" language. ITV would get so many complaints if stuff like that was aired.
