Bryn Posted 15 September 2009 Posted 15 September 2009 Looks like its one of those days, missed some good chances and they get a dodgy pen.... The stats suggest they were well on top when they got their pen to be fair.
StanSP Posted 15 September 2009 Posted 15 September 2009 Pearson needs to say a few words at half time!
Salieri Posted 15 September 2009 Author Posted 15 September 2009 We've done enough to more than deserve an equaliser. Shame it took them scoring to bring us to life though.
haraven Posted 15 September 2009 Posted 15 September 2009 It sounds like we've had 3-4 major opportunities in just the last 5 minutes. Gallagher twice, Neilson and N'Guessy...
City_4_Life Posted 15 September 2009 Posted 15 September 2009 Lewis keeping it 1-0 at the min. Come on City! Lets take one of these chances.
Wycombe Fox Posted 15 September 2009 Posted 15 September 2009 Didn't feel good going into this one tonight....i sense a bad night. For the first time this season, I think we're going to struggle. We're making plenty of chances but not converting the chances into goals and we're going down the square peg/round hole route (Gallagher) when we've got in-form position players on the bench. How many times are we going to hear '...he must score but puts it wide'? I wish I wasn't such a pessimist sometimes!
ousefox Posted 15 September 2009 Posted 15 September 2009 The stats suggest they were well on top when they got their pen to be fair. They sound like they've been the better team. City have had 57% of possesion though. HT 0-1
Bryn Posted 15 September 2009 Posted 15 September 2009 We're usually better second half and we've got plenty of options off the bench. A strong end to the second half gives me faith that we can take all three points here, like Swansea.

Nige will sort em out at half time.

Fosse Boy Posted 15 September 2009 Posted 15 September 2009 Classic Stringer in the first half. "And it's [generic Leicester player] for his [nth] goal of the season. NOOOOOOO!!!!!!"
ousefox Posted 15 September 2009 Posted 15 September 2009 Nige should make a sub or 2 like he did against swansea and change the game.
StanSP Posted 15 September 2009 Posted 15 September 2009 Nige should make a sub or 2 like he did against swansea and change the game. Waghorn and Adams. On. Please?

Salieri Posted 15 September 2009 Author Posted 15 September 2009 Looks like we've gone 4-3-3 then? At least Nige is prepared to experiment. PENALTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
