Bert Posted 16 October 2009 Author Posted 16 October 2009 And, about that stupid Hume thing, Nigel Pearson said on the DVD:"In my first week here, we lost three players who played a part in last seasons campaign" he carries on by saying: "I wasn't bothered who they were, if they wanted to go so be it". So, then, three players, whos that, oh yes, McAuley, Stearman and Hume. So, all that cobblers about Hume being forced out I don't believe and I don't like any three of those players. Well you believe what you want to believe, but the fact is Hume was forced out. You might want to have a read of this....
Guest Posted 16 October 2009 Posted 16 October 2009 Yes, I didn't understand what you were saying. Well ask then.
Corky Posted 16 October 2009 Posted 16 October 2009 Couldn't Dion come out of retirement for one match?
Fox92 Posted 17 October 2009 Posted 17 October 2009 Well you believe what you want to believe, but the fact is Hume was forced out.You might want to have a read of this.... Just read the article on the Leicester City official site and there is another prime example of why Hume wanted to leave and why I hate him for doing it: Chief Executive Lee Hoos said: "Iain did sign a new three-year contract last summer but there is no point in trying to keep a player who does not want to play football at League One level" "A number of clubs expressed interest in Iain and he expressed his desire to play at a higher level" http://www.foxestalk.co.uk/forums/index.ph...mp;qpid=1495538 Believe what you want to, but there is another backed up example of Hume asking for a transfer.

Bit like Savage saying he wanted to fight to get leicester back in the premier league after we got relegated and said he would be staying. Soon fooked off didn't he. Eh, eh??? <_< Swings and roundabouts. . . .

So you believe everything Lee Hoos says?
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 18 October 2009 Posted 18 October 2009 Would not want Robbie back now, as he has passed his sell by date. However he was a great player for us when here, and gave 100% Now all we have are a team of 10%ers.
Fox92 Posted 18 October 2009 Posted 18 October 2009 So you believe everything Lee Hoos says? Yes, seeing as it was him who recommended Nigel Pearson.
JoeyB Posted 18 October 2009 Posted 18 October 2009 On my way to the game yesterday, before work i turned up and Savage turned up in his Merc with his family (mrs is tasty) and i asked him for a picture. he agreeed but when i got my Leicester shirt out, he said no way is he holding that. even tho he still loves leicester! cock he was in his derby tracksuit tho'
lou Posted 18 October 2009 Posted 18 October 2009 Yes, seeing as it was him who recommended Nigel Pearson. Even if he did.... you STILL believe everything that comes out of his mouth? Naive in the extreme
Scow Posted 18 October 2009 Posted 18 October 2009 Yesterday showed that he wouldn't get into our team. He wasn't particularly bad, he just isn't better than we what we've got. He's playing at his level - a struggling Championship team.

I honestly thought he did nothing yesterday, bar his Shearer-like whinging at the ref all game
andy_croydz Posted 18 October 2009 Posted 18 October 2009 To be honest I like Savage but he wouldn't get in our team nowadays. He is past his best now and while I don't doubt that he can still produce good performances I think that our midfield options are better than Savage. I don't dislike him though, I don't think he is a bad guy, I think he deliberatly winds people up when he plays because thats the kind of player he wanted to be.

You'd have sold it to the tabloids and made him look a right twat
Fox92 Posted 18 October 2009 Posted 18 October 2009 Even if he did.... you STILL believe everything that comes out of his mouth? Naive in the extreme A. He did recomend Pearson because they were at Southampton together. B. What else has he said?
