Flynny Posted 9 January 2010 Posted 9 January 2010 What doesnt? I pay alot of money every year to watch city at home Sky choose to show it to the tight fisted ****ers who rarely go to a game The game is "deffo on" although we might need your help to clear the snow so we can 100% make sure we keep the cash and keep the armchair fans happy Ild rather it be called off and go on a Tues night It was an over reacation yes,but im sick of the fans coming second best to the corperate side of things. most of my friends/family have been offered birthday price tickets for a tenner with the exception of the "platinum" games. Its not like we see any decent signings, reduced prices...or even a real Sale at the mega store is it? Sky Subscribers pay money, sky pay the club, I don't see how that's people getting something for free, it's not like we're on there every week. If we were Man Utd I'd see your point. Godsend for me what with living in Bristol in termtime and all.
AoWW Posted 9 January 2010 Posted 9 January 2010 How many pairs of socks is everyone wearing? I'm going for 3 or 4. 3 pairs, I reckon. It's draughty on my sofa.
john_lcfc Posted 9 January 2010 Posted 9 January 2010 fcuk sake, attendance will definately struggle to get to 20,000 now!!
Lillehamring Posted 9 January 2010 Posted 9 January 2010 fooking disgusting!!! They think i pay £330 for a season ticket...for sky to move it from today...for sky to show it anyway the next day...then for the cheeky money grabbing ****ers to ask me to go clear snow well how about you fook RIGHT OFF!!!!! Should use the same mind set as 90% on here and save my fooking money and be an armchair fan as lets face it there the ones who come off better we're going to the pub
Lillehamring Posted 9 January 2010 Posted 9 January 2010 Get your asses down to Walkers and support the team. Have a pint to warm you on beforehand. Vålerenga just got this aired game to my attention, and we're meeting up in a downtown Oslo pub - having to resist -15 celcius on our hazardous way in the subway system to get inside a warm comfy pub and enjoy a beer, while having the pleasure to watch Leicester City tractor Ipswich to the ground. shhhh, don't mention the snow, i mentioned it once (or twice) but i think i got away with it

lou Posted 9 January 2010 Posted 9 January 2010 Me, Ched, Tom Moore. Loaded Dog. 2pm Sunday afternoon. Unbelievable Jeff. 2pm!! You lightweights! Il be in the pub long before then! (Different one though!)
Bluefoxtim Posted 9 January 2010 Posted 9 January 2010 Well I expect the build up to be about the opposition, it's just the use of Keene's Ipswich, if it was some lesser known manager/footballer they wouldn't get mention.Oh well I'll let it goes, it shouldn't be an issue. It's not just the OS that makes spelling mistakes.
lcfc_jme Posted 9 January 2010 Posted 9 January 2010 2pm!! You lightweights! Il be in the pub long before then! (Different one though!) Pffffttttt I'd be game for going earlier, who knows, may even venture into town about half 11 after going to the ticket office to sort Swansea out.. You're not more hardcore than me, lady!

AimeeJones1988 Posted 9 January 2010 Posted 9 January 2010 Sky choose to show it to the tight fisted ****ers who rarely go to a game Well I'm so terribly sorry for being a tight-fisted ****er of a student, unable to afford to get to see us play. Perhaps you should stop being such a tight git and buy us all 2010-11 season tickets... oh and stop being an arse, too. Aimee x

MC Prussian Posted 9 January 2010 Posted 9 January 2010 A live feed tomorrow will do for me - don't have Sky and no bar in the immediate region has footie on on a Sunday.
lou Posted 9 January 2010 Posted 9 January 2010 Students get a decent discount dont they? Too busy spending all their money on beer and takeaways eh? Shocking behaviour
AimeeJones1988 Posted 9 January 2010 Posted 9 January 2010 Students get a decent discount dont they? Too busy spending all their money on beer and takeaways eh? Shocking behaviour Many do, yes, but not me. Thanks to Labour, this student had to stay at home with her parents and spend all her money (and loans too) on tuition fees. So as much as I would like to go to every home game, I cannot. Aimee x
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 9 January 2010 Posted 9 January 2010 We were meant to get an EPL over here on pay tv....hopefully they can mangage to show our game instead. But I know they won't there going to probably show some 1982 world series cricket match highlights.
lcfc_jme Posted 9 January 2010 Posted 9 January 2010 Whoa sounds like a challenge! One day I may get the opportunity to drink you under the table! PS. Im no lady  Ha!
