Fez of Mahrez Posted 13 May 2005 Posted 13 May 2005 Suggestions please. Was listening to There Is Nothing Left To Lose by the Foo Fighters earlier today and the first three tracks were Stacked Actors, Breakout and Learn To Fly. Not my favourite band ever but a fantastic start to an album. Any raise?
Mark Posted 13 May 2005 Posted 13 May 2005 My personal favourite Underoath - They're Only Chasing Safety. Unfortunately i doubt anyone on here is going to like that band <_< So, going back a few years now.. Strung Out - Twisted By Design. That's just a fantastic punk rock album, one of the best around, the first 3 songs are amazing.
stez Posted 13 May 2005 Posted 13 May 2005 the first three tracks on seven by james are fantastic; born of frustration, ring the bells, sound. plus the forth track on side one (how old am i?!) bring a gun, has the best intro to any song ever! also with 'andy diagram' on trumpet its the complete album

STITI is by far my favourite album by them, but the way E,E kicks off with Juanita/Kiteless, Cups and Push Upstairs merged together is almost orgasmic B)

Alexikokopops Posted 15 May 2005 Posted 15 May 2005 When I first listened to "Relationship Of Command" by At The Drive-In, I adored those 1st three tracks, and so I'm throwing them in the mixer. 1. Arcarsenal 2. Pattern Against User 3. One Armed Scissor
Deathside Posted 15 May 2005 Posted 15 May 2005 The Haunted - Made Me Do It Dark intentions Bury your dead Trespass The first 3 tracks are 3 of the strongest (on a ultra good album) and run into each other IE No gaps between 'em

Knightonian Posted 20 May 2005 Posted 20 May 2005 Nirvana Nevermind: 1 Smell Like Teen Spirit 2 In Bloom 3 Come As You Are. Another suggestion could be U2 Joshua Tree: 1 Where the Streets Have No Name 2 I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For 3 With or Without You.
