Jimmy Posted 22 January 2010 Posted 22 January 2010 I'll rephrase then, since we came out of administration, what academy grads have gone on to bigger and better after flopping here?
CosbehFox Posted 22 January 2010 Posted 22 January 2010 I notice Swindon have hardly lost since Sheehan's arrival there before Christmas and are now in a run of form that has taken them from the bottom reaches of the division into a play-off place. And when they did lose one of their fans felt so compelled to slag him off on BBC1 on the Football League Show via text saying it was the worst performance he'd ever seen off a Swindle player! In addition, Chris O'Grady did alright at Rochdale, He's doing more than alright. As was Dodds until Micky Adams arrival but that's their level, no more, no less.
Vo Rogue Posted 22 January 2010 Posted 22 January 2010 Stearman and Mattock are the only 1s who are playing at an equal or higher level, Wesolowski is STILL our player, Sheehan is being passed around almost as much as Trevor Benjamin You only asked for 1. DJ seems to score goals easily enough barr here. Stearman plats easily enough in the Premiership tet nearly always got mouthed off by fans here. Why can't we bring out the best in players?
barmy76uk Posted 23 January 2010 Posted 23 January 2010 Grim. I would imagine he will be stopping in cleethorpes which is a lovely place so much nice than Leicester!
Babylon Posted 23 January 2010 Posted 23 January 2010 and I notice Swindon have hardly lost since Sheehan's arrival there before Christmas and are now in a run of form that has taken them from the bottom reaches of the division into a play-off place.
Vo Rogue Posted 24 January 2010 Posted 24 January 2010 Yeah, Richard Stearman who makes reckless fouls, gets skinned and gets sent off. Sweet example.Mattock who has no positional sense and gets torn a new one when up against any even remotely decent winger? Again, supoib. Sheehan is doing AWESOME for himself seeing as he's playing at a higher level than we currently are... And up in Scotland, I heard they even have paraplegics playing at a decent standard in most of their league games. Still they sound better than the Leicester team at Cardiff today.
Daggers Posted 24 January 2010 Posted 24 January 2010 I notice Swindon have hardly lost since Sheehan's arrival there before Christmas and are now in a run of form that has taken them from the bottom reaches of the division into a play-off place. If Carlsberg made posts about Sheehan...
Geo V Posted 24 January 2010 Posted 24 January 2010 One of the first threads that I stumble across and its Thrac talking about Sheehan FFS. The decade may have changed but the undivided love for the useless kiddies doesnt change. Bless
