Shrenchel Posted 1 February 2010 Posted 1 February 2010 http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/fun/c...s-from-950.html Buy your tickets like every other mug, you filthy cheap procreating bastards.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 1 February 2010 Posted 1 February 2010 Ooh, Grimsby against Macclesfield. I simply must tell the wife and kids.
Guest Mee-9 Posted 1 February 2010 Posted 1 February 2010 I noticed in the paper we weren't participating in this offer. He want's as much money as possible for his court hearing
Guest Bilo Posted 1 February 2010 Posted 1 February 2010 Fuck me, he's so tight if you threw him in the Soar he'd float. That's not good Milan, could have boosted attendances for two or three games. At least we've got the Mockery offer against Scunny.

That's not good Milan, could have boosted attendances for two or three games. At least we've got the Mockery offer against Scunny. Scunny one is open to everyone though. On this, although you get 2 adult tickets and 2 kids tickets, you're not allowed in unless you've got a child with you. Any initiative that treats every fan apart from families with kids as somehow less desirable can fvck off imo. Depends where they would have stuck all these nippers as well. Wednesday are putting their 2,000 of these £9 family lot in their kop. If we'd have done something similar then that'd really be the last thing we fvcking need.
Sir Fynwy Posted 2 February 2010 Posted 2 February 2010 I guess City aren't taking part because our gates are pretty good and MM doesn't want to p!ss off the regular fans, I'd rather that we didn't fill the ground with happy clappers.
Basingstoke Fox Posted 2 February 2010 Posted 2 February 2010 I think we should pay for the families to go and watch the tigers so that they will fook off.
gibbom Posted 2 February 2010 Posted 2 February 2010 i think it's because it will piss off all the current families that have spent lots of money before the season even started to buy them combined season tickets, how would you feel if you brought a season ticket then finding out you can get to the games even cheaper
davieG Posted 2 February 2010 Posted 2 February 2010 Don't under 8s go free anyway and for Doncaster it's all under 12s free?
Guest Mee-9 Posted 2 February 2010 Posted 2 February 2010 I think we should pay for the families to go and watch the tigers so that they will fook off. Good call. The sound of children screaming Matty Fryatt when any player (Including Wayne Brown) touches the ball, is enough to put you off.
Babylon Posted 2 February 2010 Posted 2 February 2010 I thought you were only allowed a certain number of promotional fixtures a year. Maybe we had already signed a deal with the Merc for them to offer the reduced price ticket vouchers for those fixtures.
caz05 Posted 2 February 2010 Posted 2 February 2010 I think we should pay for the families to go and watch the tigers so that they will fook off. No thanks mate i will carry on buying a season ticket for me and my 2 kids,if thats ok with you
jonthefox Posted 2 February 2010 Posted 2 February 2010 Don't under 8s go free anyway and for Doncaster it's all under 12s free? That always cheers me up when i look at my lads season ticket
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 2 February 2010 Posted 2 February 2010 It's hardly the £9.50 holiday offer is it - I'm not suprised at this, I'm sure it's been mentioned before that Milan is a Mirror man? (as in the paper)
midfield Posted 2 February 2010 Posted 2 February 2010 bit harsh having a go at kids at the footy my dad took me and i loved it screaming gary mac when and john o neil touched it give them a break leicester 944 or what ever your name is
Head Honcho Posted 2 February 2010 Posted 2 February 2010 I think we should pay for the families to go and watch the tigers so that they will fook off. Better still, let them play with a few Tigers!
caz05 Posted 3 February 2010 Posted 3 February 2010 So i take it then none of you lot on here went when you were kids then
samuel Posted 3 February 2010 Posted 3 February 2010 So i take it then none of you lot on here went when you were kids then I would imaging 85 percent of the board's occupants are filthy, little, greasy pubescents as it is. Judging by the quality of recent postings.

Maybe we had already signed a deal with the Merc for them to offer the reduced price ticket vouchers for those fixtures. I don't think that there is any rule per se. City look through the fixtures at the start of the season, and work out which games they can offer promotional discounts. They do it then, so that they can ensure that STHs aren't being ripped off. As we've already had a few this season, I would guess that there isn't the scope to add any more to this season's schedule.
lou Posted 3 February 2010 Posted 3 February 2010 Without getting the younger fans in, sadly, there wont be a future fan base for this club. As much as I find other peoples kids generally annoying they are a necessary evil - just dont want em sat near me! My kids are exempt from this of course (and Singy's lad who is perfectly well behaved and totally gorgeous!)
davieG Posted 3 February 2010 Posted 3 February 2010 You can't just focus on getting young fans in and then start to alienate them when they reach their late teens and want to break the umbilical cord of parents and over-bearing adults. As a club we seem to be intent on making it 'perfect' for kids and unbearable for teens and young adults so much of the work done with kids is wasted.

Which is why FNF worked so well. Packing out the Carling Stand for reserve games, drawing the kids in with cheerleaders, music, Filbert etc. until they were old enough to start appreciating the proper matchday atmosphere was the sort of financial and marketing genius that Milan and Hoos could never even dream of, and it stopped the league match atmosphere from being demographically aimed at kids and boring away the 16-25s who want to support the players in their own way.

Well my son is 16 and my daughter is 9 and both are well behaved, although the kid that sits in front of us is an abusive little shite, but his father that sits next to him is the same,so im afraid if the adults behave like that what can you expect from the kids

Its the constant kicking of seats and fighting I cant stand Im not a kid person anyway
