Bluefoxtim Posted 16 February 2010 Posted 16 February 2010 So now I have to pay £18 instead of £13? Bastards!
Joe. Posted 16 February 2010 Posted 16 February 2010 £10? Cheeeeers. I better have this weekend off work...
Guest Bilo Posted 16 February 2010 Posted 16 February 2010 If Students fall under the concessions category, score. If not, mildly irritating but £18 still isn't bad especially with the train being ridiculously cheap.
drfc Posted 16 February 2010 Posted 16 February 2010 If Students fall under the concessions category, score. Take your student i.d as they will check it and won't let you in if you don't have it.
Guest Bilo Posted 16 February 2010 Posted 16 February 2010 Concessions=students. Take your student i.d as they will check it and won't let you in if you don't have it. Sweet. Sometimes it just means kids and pensioners. I always have my student ID in my wallet anyway, so back of the net.
lovelcfc Posted 16 February 2010 Posted 16 February 2010 WEDNESDAY TICKET PRICES REDUCEDHmm. Wonder how that happened? Realy has it actually been reduced becasue it doesnt say them prices on the lcfc website

Maybes Posted 16 February 2010 Posted 16 February 2010 Concessions=students. Take your student i.d as they will check it and won't let you in if you don't have it. Yeah but do they really? If so, who does it. . . stewards or turnstile man? Are you able to upgrade on the gate ?
AmericanScott Posted 16 February 2010 Posted 16 February 2010 Yeah but do they really? If so, who does it. . . stewards or turnstile man? Are you able to upgrade on the gate ? I was thinking the same. Still going to play it safe and just get an adult ticket.
syston_fox Posted 17 February 2010 Posted 17 February 2010 Yeah but do they really? If so, who does it. . . stewards or turnstile man? Are you able to upgrade on the gate ? You know that you're entitled to an NUS card dont you Maybes? ACCA students even part time can apply for one. £10 for the year and you get all the discounts that a normal student gets

ACCA students even part time can apply for one. £10 for the year and you get all the discounts that a normal student gets Yeah but I prefer to keep my £10 and claim that I'm a student ! I will have my ACCA Student card on me, hopefully that will gain me entry.
Wilkesy Posted 17 February 2010 Posted 17 February 2010 Yeah but I prefer to keep my £10 and claim that I'm a student !I will have my ACCA Student card on me, hopefully that will gain me entry. I agree with this.
tartanowl Posted 17 February 2010 Posted 17 February 2010 Quick question TA(or anyone else who can answer it), what happens if you do get caught without student ID at Wednesday? I had a friend who didn't have his at Coventry and he had to make up the difference to an adult ticket. If that's all they do, surely it's worth taking the chance Not sure but for the sake of a few quid I wouldn't risk it personally.
Guest Bilo Posted 22 February 2010 Posted 22 February 2010 Ticket arrived today, £10 is very nice thank you. Now to get my train tickets to Sheffield for a potentially superb day out.
AmericanScott Posted 22 February 2010 Posted 22 February 2010 Gotta get my tickets on friday (my birthday). Hope there's still some left.
Katy Posted 22 February 2010 Posted 22 February 2010 Ticket arrived today, £10 is very nice thank you.Now to get my train tickets to Sheffield for a potentially superb day out. Mine did too, not sure how we are getting there yet though. I'm determined to enjoy this game though, the last few awayers I have felt too knackered to enjoy properly. Cardiff and Blackpool instantly spring to mind.

Sheffield is fantastically easy for me luckily. An hour on the train for peanuts, boom. Everything about this could be quality.
CosbehFox Posted 23 February 2010 Posted 23 February 2010 FYI, concessions go up to Under 18s as well as students if anyone is that bracket.
