Anyone disagreeing with the same XI as S****horpe. Surely Pearson will make no changes after a performance like that.

So..

Weale

Morisson

Brown

Hobbs

Berner

King

Oakley

Wellens

Gallager

Waghorn

Dyer

Subs: Logan, McGivern, Solano, Nguessan, Howard, Bruce, Kermorgant.

 that will do for me

I remain unconvinced that the above XI is our best available lineup... :dunno:

However it would be churlish to make changes after Saturday's performance, try and take the confidence gained into the game at Bristol.

Same again please...

Pearson has to, and most likely will, play exactly the same team.

Watch the over-reaction if we don't get the three points. Gallagher will be shit again.

I'm probably putting 2 and 2 together and making five but.... Oakley gets subbed on Saturday and Nicky Adams gets called back from Orient. I'm just wondering whether Oakley's supposedly dodgy knees are seen as a problem with all these games coming so closely during the next months? O.K. Adams might be just back to cover but it might be interesting to see what happens on Tuesday night. Personally I'd change nothing unless there's an issue.

Adams' loan was up. He wasn't recalled as such.

Fair enough! 2+2=5. I read this rather lazy piece of journalism which seemed to indicate we wanted him back before the end of the loan.

'Williams worried about Adams

Leyton Orient manager Geraint Williams fears Championship club Leicester City are planning to recall Nicky Adams in the near future'.

Why you'd be 'afraid' he was going to be recalled at the end of an agreed loan period I can't imagine!

I really don't subscribe to the view of not changing a winning and well-playing team when you have a genuine squad situation and when there are two matches in four days.

When Pearson first arrived I complained about him not involving the members of his squad sufficiently. Of course, some of the squad weren't his own signings anyway and the squad was probably bigger than he wanted, so sticking with what was working and with the players he was looking to for the long term was at least understandable even if it did leave us short of match-fit alternatives at times.

Now we have a much learner squad I'm pleased to say. And a squad with fewer passengers. People like N'Guessan, Adams (if he's back now), Kermorgant need to be involved and if Pearson decides that one or two players need a genuine rest because of fatigue or recovering minor knocks then, so long as the team and the approach is not compromised, I don't see a problem.

One of the great skills which Sir Alex Ferguson has is keeping his squad of multi-talented stars fresh and sharp. He thinks nothing of changing a winning team if it best suits his view of the bigger picture.

It is not as if we don't have genuine first team alternatives any more.

I'm more concerned that we show the same willingness to attack the game and create some proper chances at Bristol than I am about the personnel we use.

Now with Adams back from his loan, i'd replace him with Kermogant/Howard on the bench. He's looked decent at Orient, and think he should get some time in the team.

I'd agree with this, deffinatley replacing Howard though not Kermit.
