Enjoyed this match a lot. Sore head today.

Played some cracking stuff and thoroughly deserved the win. Buzzing.

Did anyone else see Frank Clark (Old Forest Manager) at the Walkers yesterday?

He does a lot of scouting work nowadays

Best atmosphere at the Walkers that I can remember. Most of the family stand were even standing at one point :o

Hobbs and Brown were solid at the back. Bruno was heroic as usual and everybody played their part in a very big win for us.

8 goals in our last two home games has been a great return considering how evryone was bangin on about us only winning by one goal.

Earnshaw is a Mekon. Google image it....

Great day, if Forest somehow get promoted I look forward to many more days of laughter at their back four trying to defend against Arsenal, United etc, Number 2 Perch looked like he had well and truly dropped off of one and Number 5! ! ! one of the worst since Robert Page turned out for Covscum and let Andy Johnson and Geoff Horsfield run riot!

What a lovely sight to see only half of the forest grumps left in the stadium at the final whistle.

So the aggregate score is 5-4 to the Reds? yes/no maybe? :crylaugh: :crylaugh: :crylaugh: :crylaugh: :crylaugh: :crylaugh: :crylaugh: :crylaugh: :crylaugh: :crylaugh: :crylaugh: :crylaugh:

Nope, 5-5 actually. Away goals count double, Snotty boy :crylaugh:

Does it still hurt today :dunno:

What a superb result. We did everything we didn't do in the away match, we pressed, closed them down, allowed them very little and kept their biggest threats, Anderson and Earnshaw, the instigators of the 5-1, very quiet.

Hobbs was immense at the back, winning everything, as was Wayne Brown, who redeemed himself brilliantly. Morrison marked Anderson all the way and Tyson too.

The midfield were solid, King and Wellens playing very well and Dyer, though not his best ever performance, still troubled them.

Gallagher's free-kick was expertly taken, and Wellens back-heel for Berner's goal another highlight. Wes Morgan's storming run before crossing the ball behind the goal near the end was brilliant :D

Forest are a good side, make no mistake about it, so this win was vital. We've pulled them back by three points, kept up with Swansea and moved further ahead of Cardiff, now six points above 7th. A great day, the highlight of the season so far.

Before I start, I'd just like to say that that I'm a proud forest fan not a bin dipper

TRY READING THE WHOLE POST D!CKHE@D

CONGRATS ON THE WIN BUT COME ON......PROMOTION DONT MAKE ME LAUGH :crylaugh:

If you get back in touch with reality you will realise that next week we will win you will lose or draw and things will be back to normal.

Today was a cup final to you guys, hoofing the ball up pitchs and rigging your pitch everytime you play a good footballing team (cheating) will not be good enough.... yes you beat us today(by cheating) but you wont put that effort into every game because your players are second rate and when you play on decent surfaces without a hommer ref you will get found out... (5-1 at ours)Out of all the top six sides you are the worst technicaly. IF you do scrape through to the play-off final their is no team i would rather meet, on the wembley surface we would destory you on national tv... cant wait.

NEXT WEEK then you lose you will be booing your team and slateing your manager :giggle::giggle::giggle:

3-0 TO THE LITTLE CLUB!!

I say we don't bother. We won. No need to justify ourselves to a bunch of bitter scum cunts.

Totally agree.

Having had a quick read of that forum over the past couple of days, it's close to WACCOE in terms of the Shite Factor.

Ive just found out that Forest, statistically, dont like to win in any game where more than 30,000 people attend. Both of the games that this happened, Derby (a) and Leicester... They lost both games...

Hmmm :P

God help 'em at Wembley :D

Second highest crowd of the day yesterday.

Let's be honest, the game was a pretty dull affair up until the first goal. I couldn't see where a goal was coming from as both sides effectively cancelled each other out.

It was interesting to hear Pearson say that Forest altered their shape within the first five minutes to match ours. They rarely threatened us from open play and you could tell they were going all out not to lose the game. While we weren't particularly threatening from open play, I always felt we were in control, but at the same time had a horrible feeling they'd nick a goal out of the blue.

Apart from the defeat in December, and the following home game against Bristol City, we've been very competitive this season. We're just a very solid team and seven defeats in 33 games is testament to the organised nature of our team.

We're hitting form at the right time - as long as we can avoid injuries/suspensions, we've got a great chance of securing a play-off spot.

I'm aiming for the top two, but then I'm a bit too optimistic...

We seem to be looking a lot better since NP dropped Robbie Neilson, Probably NP's worse signing. He cant pass ,Take a throw in ,Tackle or defend in general. I did think Nielson and Oakley are the teams weakest links but to be fair to Oakley he does pull his socks up sometimes, But think we still need a different leader. Maybe Berner? Morrison or even Brown?

Without Nielson and Howard we are as good as any in the league
