Salieri Posted 11 March 2010 Posted 11 March 2010 Higgins did the business for me last year, think i'll have a punt on him again. That said, id love Selby to win it.
AmericanScott Posted 11 March 2010 Posted 11 March 2010 I never liked snooker until recently. Can't play for shit but love watching. Selby was down my local boozer on New Years.
Bert Posted 14 April 2010 Posted 14 April 2010 Looking forward to this, especially because it'll be keeping me entertained whilst I'm stuck in a hotel when working away. Want Selby to go all the way, but can't see past Higgins or Ronnie. Keep an eye out for Tom Ford, cracking player, and a good lad.

isaidno Posted 15 April 2010 Author Posted 15 April 2010 Selby has the worst draw out of the favorites. Possible road to the final is Doherty, Hendry , O'Sullivan , Maguire . I'm going to the crucible a week on Monday. I've put a bet on Maguire at 14/1
dandannieldanok Posted 17 April 2010 Posted 17 April 2010 Ford struggling at the moment, 3-0 down looking like 4-0. Shame but understandable, bound to be nervous with it being his first time at the Crucible, and he's up against a class act in Mark Allen.
isaidno Posted 17 April 2010 Author Posted 17 April 2010 Selby's just started vs Doherty. I'm watching Higgins vs Hawkins. Higgins is struggling.
Nick Posted 17 April 2010 Posted 17 April 2010 Ding Junhui is where the money is - though I'd love Mark to lift the title.
Matt Posted 18 April 2010 Posted 18 April 2010 Selby wins his first round match v Ken Doherty 10 frames to 4.
isaidno Posted 18 April 2010 Author Posted 18 April 2010 I'm going to see Selby's 2nd round match vs Hendry / Zhang
isaidno Posted 23 April 2010 Author Posted 23 April 2010 Some really suprising results today. Steve Davis leading against Higgins, Dott leading Maguire 7-1 , and Robertson losing 8-4 to Gould at the moment after going 6-0 down
dandannieldanok Posted 23 April 2010 Posted 23 April 2010 Really really hope Steve can finish it off against Higgins, would be an incredible victory. He was excellent last night.
Salieri Posted 23 April 2010 Posted 23 April 2010 Mark Allen is looking in superb form. The one to watch.
Lillehamring Posted 23 April 2010 Posted 23 April 2010 Really really hope Steve can finish it off against Higgins, would be an incredible victory. He was excellent last night. watched the 7th and 8th frames and he looked sharp, that said, higgins was underpar...
dandannieldanok Posted 24 April 2010 Posted 24 April 2010 Yes then Steve! Absolute legend, well played.
Salieri Posted 24 April 2010 Posted 24 April 2010 'The Nugget' Steve Davis dumps out defending World Champion John Higgins 13-11. Big shock!
Guest nathan. Posted 24 April 2010 Posted 24 April 2010 'The Nugget' Steve Davis dumps out defending World Champion John Higgins 13-11. Big shock! No way was i expecting that Id love to see him go on a win the thing now
Salieri Posted 24 April 2010 Posted 24 April 2010 Some superb matches at the Crucible this year. Fantastic comeback by Neil Robertson. 11-5 down to Gould, stormed back to win 13-12. Very hard to call the overall winner, ive plumped for Mark Allen. However with players like O'Sullivan, Selby and Ding still in the mix, its wide open.
isaidno Posted 24 April 2010 Author Posted 24 April 2010 My money's just gone , Maguire's lost 13-6 to Dott
isaidno Posted 26 April 2010 Author Posted 26 April 2010 Selby destroyed Hendry this morning. Hardly missed when he was at the table. Hendry was woefull though , didn't manage a break over 50 ! . Selby should easily get the two frames he needs tonight. ( If anyone saw someone in a city shirt stood behind Parrott & Doherty in the street , that was me )
