Salieri Posted 25 March 2010 Posted 25 March 2010 Feel your pain - just add 'to' and 'too' as well And 'loose' instead of 'lose'.
Bugg Posted 25 March 2010 Posted 25 March 2010 From sitting in sk1, in my opinion it looked as though the ref had given Lloyd the red instead of Griffin. Did anyone else think this or is it just me?
Guest Posted 26 March 2010 Posted 26 March 2010 Feel your pain - just add 'to' and 'too' as well And 'loose' instead of 'lose'. Yes. The use of the word "of" instead of "have". That really irritates me, as it's not just apparent in written English. I shall have to find the thread in Gen Chat now.....
Fox92 Posted 26 March 2010 Posted 26 March 2010 I sit in SK2 and I saw that: The ref booked Griffin. He then sent Dyer off. Because I said to my dad, he's been sent off. But, it must have been a trick of the light or something. The ref had totally lost the game by then anyway, not to mention Wellens getting fouled while Gallagher was in a tusstle.
Collymore Posted 26 March 2010 Posted 26 March 2010 Maybe the ref showed the yellow card to the player but pulled out the red and rested the yellow on it. So people behind the ref would have seen red.
