As will i if it gets that close.

shen Posted 28 March 2010 Posted 28 March 2010 I guess if you are going to have a bad run before the end of the season, now's the "best" time for it to happen. Matters are still very much in our own hands and we will bounce back.
ozleicester Posted 29 March 2010 Posted 29 March 2010 This is a fantastic place to be, for too many years my March-April-May has been filled with "do or die games".. BUT, those games were about avoiding relegation. Instead of sweating about avoiding the drop... im sweating about who we will meet in the playoffs, or at least about making the playoffs. Im a happy little vegemite! BTW...A sh*t game does not entirely come down to our team, there are 11 other blokes out there trying to do us over you know. I am ecstatic with the way our season this year has gone. When you're smilin.. when you're smilin... CMONNNNN YOOOO BLOOOOOOOOSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
BoneDog Posted 29 March 2010 Posted 29 March 2010 Looks like our chance of 2nd place has disappeared If we do secure a play-off place then I hope we finish 4th or 5th cos I don't fancy two legs against Forest or West Brom. We could definitely beat them if we played our fancy attacking game but I would feel much better if we played someone else in the semi's if we get there. Can't believe we are thinking about the play-offs again, it's been frickin ages since we've had real hope for getting back to the top tier. In my opinion winning the play-offs is a better feeling than winning the League Cup so it's great to have this real excitement at the end of a season again. The problem is, that losing the play-offs is also one of the worst feelings in football, took me ages to get over losing to Swindon and Blackburn years ago. I was a right mardy barstad for weeks.
flanimal Posted 29 March 2010 Posted 29 March 2010 I know man. If we got our arses kicked in the first leg (were we to get in the play offs) I'd be just about ready to punch a busload of children in the face!
maddog Posted 29 March 2010 Posted 29 March 2010 Just done the predictor thing. And the top half looks like this. Newcastle 97 West Brom 91 Forest 78 Cardiff 76 Swansea 71 Leicester 69 Reading 68 Sheff Utd 66 Bristol City 64 M'Boro 63 Doncaster 63 Blackpool 62 Thats with us losing at Cardiff, West Brom and Preston, and drawing at home to QPR and Cardiff, and we still make it

I get your point anyway, I think we will scrape it too.
