iBleedLeicesterColours Posted 15 May 2010 Posted 15 May 2010 Title explains.. Mine is Peterborough/Preston Next year I think Leeds
Guest Posted 15 May 2010 Posted 15 May 2010 Sheff U, QPR, Posh, Blackpool, Cardiff, Newcastle, Middlesbrough Look forward to Leeds and Norwich next season
Karljohn Posted 15 May 2010 Posted 15 May 2010 Likewise I really enjoyed Peterborough and Preston but for atmosphere Cardiff was incredible. I fancy the play off losers to be my favourite away day next season!
SemperEadem Posted 15 May 2010 Posted 15 May 2010 Posh was great and I really enjoyed Sheff Utd early on in the season.
lavrentis Posted 15 May 2010 Posted 15 May 2010 Enjoyed Posh and Preston. Newcastle was good even though we lost. Most looking forward to Leeds next season.
The Doctor Posted 15 May 2010 Posted 15 May 2010 peterborough Not sure for next season depends who wins L1 play-offs and who loses CCC play-off final
Fox You Forest Posted 15 May 2010 Posted 15 May 2010 Palace, Posh, Middlesbrough, Blackpool, Newcastle and Preston. Leeds and Millwall.
Maybes Posted 15 May 2010 Posted 15 May 2010 Most looking forward to potentially Mill/Charlton away next season and all the other London awayers. Many good away days this season.
Guest Bilo Posted 15 May 2010 Posted 15 May 2010 Palace for the pre-match entertainment was superb and not too shoddy until after we scored either. Preston for atmosphere at the back of the stand was excellent too, as were the celebrations when Big Dany equalised at Watford. Coventry wins the award for worst away day though, shit atmosphere and nothing for miles around. Absolute bobbins. Looking forward to Pompey, a possible revenge at Forest, any London away days and Norwich next season as it's somewhere I've never been.
LCFC-ARAB Posted 15 May 2010 Posted 15 May 2010 Blackpool away for me Looking forward to Forest, Palace, and hopefully Millwall although the day i am most looking forward to is FA Cup 3rd round day just hope its a shit home game so we can recreate continental SK1
iBleedLeicesterColours Posted 15 May 2010 Author Posted 15 May 2010 Got a mate that supports Norwich and some family there. Good support there ( numbers wise ) so should be good banter. Some of their fans right pricks though, remember the trouble at The Walkers ?

I went Carrow Road a few seasons back on a Tuesday night when we lost 3-1... i think can't remember We were on the back row and were the only people standing, then we got asked to sit down by the stewards was one of the worst atmopsheres at a game i have been too dont think i'll go again, i didnt like it

lcfc"weasel" Posted 15 May 2010 Posted 15 May 2010 Best away day for me was Bristol City, the celebrations when we scored were great, the change in emotions from conceding in injury time and then a minute later netting the equalliser was fantastic. Worst away day this year is either Cov or Forest. Cov a the atmosphere was dire and Forest for obvious reasons. Most looking forward to Leeds next season as it's not too far away and has the potential to have great atmosphere.
LCFC-ARAB Posted 15 May 2010 Posted 15 May 2010 The only reason that made Forest bareable for me was leaving after their 3rd to go back to Hooters Hooters
Tommeh Posted 15 May 2010 Posted 15 May 2010 Best day/laugh was WBA or Blackpool. Overall however I'd say QPR. Wednesday night was by far the most dramatic and memerable by a huge distance, whether it can be called the best after the heartbreak penalties, I'm not sure. Most looking forward to the Londons and Pompey.
LCFC-ARAB Posted 15 May 2010 Posted 15 May 2010 42 quid return to portsmouth with a rail card Through London That could be special
Guest Mee-9 Posted 15 May 2010 Posted 15 May 2010 Best ones these year were Peterborough and Preston. Mostly looking forward to Pompey and Leeds for next season
Narborough_fox Posted 15 May 2010 Posted 15 May 2010 Peterborough and Wednesday! Looking forward to Barnsley next year as always!
Fosse Boy Posted 15 May 2010 Posted 15 May 2010 The only reason that made Forest bareable for me was leaving after their 3rd to go back to Hooters Hooters Loyal supporters. Blackpool and Palace are the standouts for me really. Honourable mentions for QPR (great game), Peterborough (for the terrace, the Weale song, me starting the trend of singing "oh when the blues" slowly , and the kind gent who gave me a pair of crutches after I did my ankle in ), and West Brom (fun pre-match pubbery, great support at 3-0 down and SamL's drunk rant ). Dishonourable mentions for Sheff Yoo, Newcastle and Watford (all for different reasons, although the day/night out in Newcastle was admittedly ace), as well as the obvious F*rest and Derby losses. This coming season I should be able to get to more than the ten or eleven I managed this year as I should be living a lot more centrally. Portsmouth, Palace and Milllllllll (if they come up) I will look forward to the most I think. A bit of revenge at the sheep and trees wouldn't go amiss either.
LCFC-ARAB Posted 15 May 2010 Posted 15 May 2010 Loyal supporters. Hooters > watching your team lose 5-1 away at Forest I'm just glad every city doesnt have one Cause i'd bugger off to Hooters every time Leicester conceeded first
Fosse Boy Posted 15 May 2010 Posted 15 May 2010 Hooters > watching your team lose 5-1 away at Forest To be fair, all the barmaids were dead keen on me.
