"Leicester Shuffle"

Chatting to a lad I know from Derby last night. Apparently up there the term "Leicester Shuffle" is used to describe the action of tossing a pack of playing cards up in the air so as they fall on the floor randomly. Never heard that expression before, must say I found it quite amusing. Anyone else heard this before?
