The Stig Posted 23 June 2010 Posted 23 June 2010 If the pricing policy drives away all those fuktards who don't know the names of half the team then I am a fan. It will also make it easier to get a hot chocolate at half time. Yes it will drive away some of these fans. But tell me why shouldn't people who only follow the team casually attend the odd match? The prices will also drive away genuine fans who don't have a lot of money and have other unavoidable commitments on some match days. You should be thankful you're lucky enough to be in a position to attend the games and shouldn't take such a selfish attitude to those who can't. Quite frankly you're attitiude is a disgrace.
Houdini Logic Posted 23 June 2010 Posted 23 June 2010 It's £18 to go and see Kettering play in the Conference
Neil_LCFC Posted 24 June 2010 Posted 24 June 2010 It's £18 to go and see Kettering play in the Conference Only for the 3 biggest games & in the Main Stand ..you can stand for £16. They also have quite a few games for £9 in the terrace. I also think they have the cheapest season tickets in the whole of the conference. £18 is too expensive for Div 5 football mind.

Yes, let's just charge £50 a pop then and drive away everyone who may want to start supporting Leicester or who turns up once in a while as a treat or a day out. After all, they probably won't know the entire team and they'll want a half-time snack or drink and hold up the queue for all the loyal, fanatical, die hard season ticket holders who deserve not only a discount on everything but also first run at the kiosk and toilets. Quite frankly, the pricing structure is a joke. Platinum tickets start from £26, but that's a Just The Ticket seat in the corner of the kop/west stand where the atmosphere (and crowd) is woeful. Anywhere else and it's £30. I hope there is a membership discount like previous years, but even £1 off won't make a significant difference. Last season in the Kop the platinum games were £27 and standard games were £23 (with membership discount) - this year it's £26 and £30 (not taking into account any membership discount, which may or may not be given), which is an inflation busting 11% and 13% rise in ticket prices. Milan can shove it as far as I'm concerned, he's living in cuckoo land if he thinks that's reasonable.
Jay Posted 25 June 2010 Posted 25 June 2010 after seeing the hike in ticket prices Milan and Hoos introduced to both season ticket and match day prices after losing in the play offs I dread to think what they would have gone upto if we had been promoted! sad thing is for me and all those supporters that have followed the club for years had season tickets for eons and even those that go to individual matches is that promotion may take the club further away from those people that deserve it

Just don't complain when we don't have the money to buy any decent players, usually provided by the fuktards you no longer want to attend
lcfc_jme Posted 25 June 2010 Posted 25 June 2010 Sexy ticket prices, them. Can't wait until I don't attend another season of home games.
john_lcfc Posted 25 June 2010 Posted 25 June 2010 I hope our attendances are piss poor as thesr prices are a complete joke and so out of touch with the average fan its unreal. Other clubs give away tickets, reduce prices on a match by match basis to fill the grounds and get fans in. Ours is happy to have 12,000 seats collecting dust. Im interested to see the attendance v Reading which is now on tv, my guess is it wont get anywhere near 20,000 due to these ridiculous prices. That'll look god on the tv. Why dont they do kids for £1 or tickets for £15 or something?? I dont think we will sell out a single game now. Leeds on boxing day and Forest home will be late 20K's probably if tv dont interfere. Who makes these decisions, I'm sending an email???
Daggers Posted 25 June 2010 Posted 25 June 2010 I know I shouldn't be surprised by the level of rank stupidity on here after all this time... It was a fvcking flippant comment you thick twats. Those who don't have the memory of a goldfish will remember I have long whinged about the commercialisation of the club, the profiteering by the owner and the manner with which longterm supporters are treated. I don't feel the need, like some of you, to continually (boringly) repeat myself for the benefit of the lobotomised.
m00nie Posted 26 June 2010 Posted 26 June 2010 £2 extra for on the day is a joke.. many times have managed to get off work early etc and so shot home picked the kids up n went down.
john_lcfc Posted 28 June 2010 Posted 28 June 2010 How many season ticket holders do we have by the way?

I visit this website once every two weeks maximum (granted thanks to the NP departure I've been on more over the course of the weekend) so have no idea what you have previously spoke about or what your views on the topic are. Your comment was the first post I've seen of yours and it angered me, because it seemed to be making light of the fact that people passionate about football and this club can no longer afford to attend games. This is a subject I feel strongly about you will quite happily tell you my opinion on your comment and the issue. If you deem this as rank stupidity then so be it, but I certianly don't.

Still wouldn't be able to remember his previous views and stand by everything I said in the previous post.
