Tilley Posted 19 June 2010 Posted 19 June 2010 Yeah, hoping for a Ghana win. Think they'll do it, 2-1.
Mee Posted 19 June 2010 Posted 19 June 2010 1-0 Aussies. Poor keeping. Ghana look dodgy at the back, also.
MC Prussian Posted 19 June 2010 Posted 19 June 2010 I don't know what the Aussies were complaining about - you can give a penalty in such a situation. Whether it was a straight red is debatable and double-harsh on Australia after Cahill's dismissal in the opening match.
Jimothy Posted 19 June 2010 Posted 19 June 2010 How the hell has the ref given no stoppage time at the end of that half? A goal, a penalty, a sending off, Kewell moaning about it for about 5 minutes. Must have been something to add on.
Koke Posted 19 June 2010 Posted 19 June 2010 Kevin Prince-Boating has slotted in nicely. He really is a very good attack minded player.
ozleicester Posted 19 June 2010 Posted 19 June 2010 Cant see where the aussies are going to find a goal now... it looks like its over for the socceroos
Tilley Posted 19 June 2010 Posted 19 June 2010 Why do Ghana insist on hitting it from 25 yards all the time?
Koke Posted 19 June 2010 Posted 19 June 2010 ^ More like hitting from 40 odd yards. I can see Australia nicking this.
dandannieldanok Posted 19 June 2010 Posted 19 June 2010 Ghana have disappointed me, fair play to the Aussies for digging in.
dhermon Posted 19 June 2010 Posted 19 June 2010 Very unlucky much improved aussie team this game !! How is it cahill gets a straight red for his tackle against ze germans yet the lad tonight gets only a yellow for a equally harsh tackle from behind <_<
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 20 June 2010 Posted 20 June 2010 Was pleased with the boys yesterday, Were still alove just. All we need is to beat Serbia and have Ghana win...wishful thinking but we're alive so that's something. Atmosphere was great my voice is shot singing and chanting all day, spent 21 hours on the bus we drank it dry on the way back. Also Rustenburg isn't even a town there is no pub we had to park our bus in some ones front yard. There is barely any houses just a 40,000 seat stadium in the middle of no where.
leicesterfox86 Posted 22 June 2010 Posted 22 June 2010 Hope Ghana can do the business today. Hoping too. But I think Autralia will win this game
