Not bad, but N'Guessan isnt likely to play in the whole really, more of a wide role. Suppose you could make it 4-4-2 with Oakley on the right and DNG on the left?

Never watched Sunderland game, but heard Lamey played decent so if he signs a deal would start him there. If he doesn't and Vitor is fit, I would put Morrison at RB and Vitor at CB. If none of them are available, then Adams/Neilson. Think DJ HAS to start with his goalscoring run in pre-season, and his performance v Sunderland. Would partner him with Fryatt, so we have some pace up front, with Howard on bench if we need him later in the game. Think I would start 4-4-2, with King/Wellens in CM- don't think Oakley's good enough- although his performance was supposed to have been decent on Saturday. And pace of Nguessan and Dyer on the wings- are only wingers really. Berner should definitely take the LB role- no doubt. He was one of our best players last season, and is reliable. With Hobbs in CB, with Morrison starting whether at RB or CB.

And now that Morrison has to revert to centre half, the problem is bigger. I don't rate Nielson and I didn't go to any pre-season matches to see any potential right backs. I wasn't sure about the formation, but I have settled on 4-4-2 with N'Guessan and Dyer playing wide. This is another area for me, where I struggle because I don't rate N'Guessan, but again, we have not decent back up at the minute. And, the strikers were quite hard to choose. In my opinion, DJ Campbell has to start, you can't really leave out the player that has scored the most pre-season goals and has looked on form and happy, so, DJ was my first choice striker. However, I am not sure who to play with him becuase Howard and Fryatt are different players. I've gone with Fryatt in the end because we will play football on Saturday which will suit Fryatt more than Howard. I would have big Stevie Howard on the bench though, so we do have an option to revert to if we need it.
