Ultra Posted 29 August 2010 Posted 29 August 2010 I urge each and every Fosse Boy who has personal testimonies of what happened to them on Saturday to get in touch ASAP!! Or indeed, anyone who had tickets for SK1 and were refused access to that part of the ground. Certain blocks in that corner were two-thirds empty. Had those who wanted to gather there been allowed to do so, there would have been NO threat whatsoever to either safety or public order, whatever club sources may say to imply otherwise. And the only ones shooting themselves in the foot yesterday would've been the players and management..

Guest Bilo Posted 29 August 2010 Posted 29 August 2010 This shit's getting real. Five Live? The Mirror? The Mercury now pressuring the club into allowing us to support the club the way we want. Not even LCFC are stupid enough to create this much negative publicity surely?!

Jay Posted 29 August 2010 Posted 29 August 2010 I am not a Fosse Boy but have a Season Ticket in SK1 and give my opinions on what I saw first hand. For me it seemed a clear objective of those in charge to disrupt and cause as much conflict as possible with those associated with the Fosse Boys regardless of what they did. It was a clear instruction to stewards to accost and challenge them from before kick off. All across the back of the kop stand supports stand including large gatherings in SK1 2 and 3 not once did any stewards in the game either speak to or threaten them. No stewards at all went to speak to those in either SK1 or 2 However from the very first minute Stewards were sent to towards the corner where the Fosse Boys gathered with the intention of making them out to be something they are not. The treatment of these few lads was met with distain from those in SK1 and a group of 30-40 people went over to support them. It's clear the Stewards where sent to target these lads regardless of what they intended to do. It's clear to me that whoever is employed by the club has singled these lads out, even though they run everything through club beforehand, have never caused any conflict, disruption and have the club at heart, it seems the majority of supporters in the crowd feel they have been unfairly targeted in some sort of vendetta. The club has lost touch with supporters. As the banner said "SUPPORTERS NOT CUSTOMERS" one a side issue I was told that if I removed my own ticket stub again (something I have done to EVERY game since the Walkers has opened) I would be refused entry. I like many others are starting to feel uncomfortable, unwanted and disillusioned by the actions of the club I am sick and tired of the club at the minute

With regards to the ticket stub, I also do that at every home game as I saw it as a convenience for both me at the guy at the kiosk. So what is all that about? Our club is fast becoming as soulless as the bowl that we play in every other week
