All aboard the LCFC Rollercoaster.

Might be a pointless thread, or one similar about. Feel free to delete :)

After todays events, just been thinking of the rollercoaster ride that we have all been on for the last few years.

- Getting Relegated to the 3rd tier of English football for the first time in our clubs history.

- Champions of League One at the first time of asking

- Finished 5th in the Championship, a few kicks away from reaching the play off final (That match on its own was a rollercoaster ride of emotions, going 2-0 down on agg. Going 3-2 up. Then on to the penalty shootout where we all know what happened next..)

- Pearson leaving, Sousa coming in.

- Shocking start to the season, resulting in the sacking of Sousa

- Now we are being linked with a return move for MON, and looking more likely to get Sven-Goran Erikkson.

I don't know about you, call me crazy, but I would prefer supporting a club like ours, one with all of the rollercoaster ride than one like Barcelona, Man Utd etc who win all the time. Yes it would be nice to get abit of silverware.

But you can't help but love our Leicester City :)

I must admit a little bit of drama is always nice. Only thing left now is promotion to the top flight and who knows what else? :)

I'm personally sick of it all. There's no danger of us ever being a Barcelona or Man Utd, the pinnacle for this club is where MON took us and kept us. All the drama then was on the pitch, that's what I'd like us to return to (without MON though, don't want memories being spoilt).

You can go even further back than that. Over the last 15 years there have been 2 incidents at La Manga (the alleged rape and Stan the Man), 2 League Cups, 2 Forays into Europe, 3 relegations, 2 promotions, an administration, foreign investors and about 20 managers. Oh and a new ground too.

Life is never boring being a Leicester fan. lol

Clive Clarke's heart attack...

tbh i'm gettin tired of it, especially as it's usually turmoil related! please can we just get a solid, reliable manager who gets the best out of players and can spot a signing if needs be. then sit back and worry about things such as whether we will or wont make the play offs, like i did last year.

Makes me laugh.

I'm listening to the football forum at the moment, and it's all, "He should of had much more time!" It's like, everyone on here, including me, and on the radio, after tuesday night, was calling for Sousa's sacking.

Leicester fans are so fickle.

We hardly lose all the time (well maybe we have been this season) haha. But you can't just support the team through the good times.

I don't think Sousa should have had any more time, and he was lucky he had as long has he did. A team who finished 5th last season, to a team that look like they struggle to evem draw matches at the minute without a reason. There must have been some unrest behind the scene, but then again we will never know. Cause we don't get told anything :/

I take it the optimism bus has been stolen and burnt out now? If not I'm doing it :D

We've been a shambles of a club for far too long now, the one period of relative calm was with Pearson and MMs alternate agenda ruined that. Ah well, let's see what happens
