iBleedLeicesterColours Posted 14 October 2010 Posted 14 October 2010 End of Novermber firstly, New holiday entitlement. Then Christmas, my 18th. Hopefully a lads holiday (Doubt anyone will ever get round to organisising) Defo going V Fest in 2011, although don't know who with if we go on a lads holiday (money issues)
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 14 October 2010 Posted 14 October 2010 Why don't you go see her? She is in Aberystwyth. I know that doesnt mean its impossible to see her, but we agreed that I would see her as much as possible when I can drive and if it takes me longer than expected to pass, I'll then have to get the train instead.

Webbo Posted 14 October 2010 Posted 14 October 2010 Will become a Dad within the next 2 weeks so that will be taking up most of my time. Best thing you'll ever do.

She hasnt even been gone three weeks yet. And I'm not totally ruling out getting the train to see her before my test, just think its unlikely (especially at the cost of it). I heard that about the pubs, though neither of us drink so I dont find that too appealing!
Fosse Boy Posted 14 October 2010 Posted 14 October 2010 Good luck with that mate! As for me, it'd probably have to be 2 year anniversary with the Mrs, getting rid of these forking stomach cramps, Stewart Francis in Derby, 30STM and turning 21. All this year. Next year, I guess graduating university and another trip (fully paid for! ) to Germany to watch foreign football in the pipeline so far. I also hope to be involved in this. Exam timings are making it touch and go at the moment though. A proper job in 2011 might be nice.
stez Posted 14 October 2010 Posted 14 October 2010 After the year i've just had, the next one can only be an improvement.
Ilkeston_Fox Posted 14 October 2010 Posted 14 October 2010 Training for a new job within Royal Mail in Nov (and no not skiving ). 6 months Police training starting in Jan. Then June/July going on the beat for the first time. Got a trip to butlins in Feb/March with 27 other lads from a judo club - always a laugh, think we're doing the 70's weekend. That's all I can think of at the moment.
Zingari Posted 15 October 2010 Posted 15 October 2010 After the year i've just had, the next one can only be an improvement. best of luck , i won't ask what's been up as i don't suppose you want to talk about it on here , but i'm pretty sure you're the sort of bloke to have some good family and friends around for support life is full of ups and downs and thankfully the ups are usually more easily remembered
Houdini Logic Posted 15 October 2010 Posted 15 October 2010 My nan died last year and left me some money, she was 100!! ive booked 3 days in Bangkok, at the marriot and 2 weeks at the Tongsai in Koh Samui. Its cost a fortune, but i look at it as money i never had,and it would give me something to remember her by.My dad said he will give me 3k each year(tax purposes) for the next 5 years of my nans money,so i am very lucky to do things ive always wanted to do.Im not a boastful person, just very grateful. Big tip - keep your room at the nicer hotels but also book yourself into a nearby hostel for the duration. Chill out in the hostel during the day and meet lots of people and sleep in your amazing room (with free international and premier league football!) at night
