Alexikokopops Posted 27 October 2010 Posted 27 October 2010 agreed,but you can hardly forgive Hughes for his actions I don't condone his actions, and I am a firm believer that jail should be a rehabilitation tool and as a result people shouldn't be dismissed instantly because they have gone through the system. However, given Hughes' supposedly lack of remorse, and the fact that his going missing for 36 hours after the incident was allegedly more to do with getting toxins out of his system that were there at the time of the crash, I do wonder whether he should have had a longer sentence. At the end of the day though, whatever you think about his character, he's not good enough for the Championship.
