BoneDog Posted 12 January 2011 Posted 12 January 2011 does anyone know whether you can get espn for just one game? their website is bloody confusing. we got sky but dont want to subscribe fully to espn. be grateful for any info if anyone has done this before. ta When we rang up we had the choice of one month for £9 or three months for £4.50 a month.
CheshireFox Posted 12 January 2011 Posted 12 January 2011 thanks both, just needed a backup option if i dont manage to get a ticket
Swalker Posted 12 January 2011 Posted 12 January 2011 LCFC should have done a beam back thing they used to do where they show televised big games at Walkers. Shame they didn't
Captain... Posted 12 January 2011 Posted 12 January 2011 Regards paying for ESPN, I watched a fantastic stream of the game on Sunday using veetle, there was a brief period towards the end of the first half when it dropped and I missed Man City's 2nd but apart from that it was uninterrupted almost TV quality and free. Bear in mind I have shit internet connection, I also live in Spain so ESPN for a month isn't an option, but you can get some seriously good streams using veetle.
Ford Super Sunday Posted 13 January 2011 Posted 13 January 2011 Just to let everyone know, it appears we WILL NOT be live if we make it through to the 4th Round ITV have selected Notts County-Man City as their provisional game, should they beat us. However, if we win, Notts County against Leicester will be ditched, in place of.......... West Ham-Forest... that cracker of a cup tie

Not fair how they can 'provisionally' book a game, they should choose and stick to it regardless. Though having said that, I remember they chose Wimbledon vs Stevenage/MK Dons though MK would win and lost, and still showed it regardless.

On the Forest ticket site it is stating that the game will be subject to Live TV coverage should we beat Man Citeh in the replay. The match will probably be a 2pm KO on a Sunday. Obviously the Sven factor isn't enough for ITV, they need a struggling Premier League team and the two-time champions of Europe to get them viewers....
shailen Posted 17 January 2011 Posted 17 January 2011 We had no chance of being on telly with notts county.
The Doctor Posted 17 January 2011 Posted 17 January 2011 We had no chance of being on telly with notts county. why not, svennis going back to his old stomping ground? More than the WH v forest game has to offer.
