Good header by Kermo. Hows he been doing overall ?

Good win by the way.

Not too bad, scored 5 in 10 games so rather good over all.

See you in the Champ next year

Got to hand in to Powell, so pleased to see him doing a fantastic job.

I have a soft spot for Charlton. One of the few London clubs with a decent, neither deluded nor overly aggressive but respectable and honest fanbase.

Can't really recall any scandals surrounding the club in the past 10, 20 years.

They really do deserve promotion this season.

And that for Powell's work and Kermorgant's contribution alone.

... wins Manager of the Month Award for November:

Charlton Athletic manager Chris Powell is the npower League 1 Manager of the Month for November.

Powell helped secure his side's position at the top the table after three wins from three games during the month.

Former Charlton Athletic boss Alan Curbishley chairs the npower Manager of the Month judging panel.

He said: "Charlton maintained their momentum in November with another great month, securing maximum points from their three games.

"The Addicks also ended Huddersfield Town's 43-match unbeaten league run to give themselves a seven-point cushion at the top of npower League 1.

"Chris Powell and his side truly deserve this award."

npower Head of Sponsorship Emma Collins said: "Charlton's sensational form showed no signs of stopping in November as they strengthened their case for promotion.

"Chris has got his side attacking with plenty of flair. And he's instilled a defensive discipline similar to the one he exhibited throughout his distinguished playing career.

"On behalf of npower, I'd like to congratulate Chris and the team, and wish them the best of luck for the rest of 2011 - and the season!"

The judging panel comprises former Charlton Athletic manager Alan Curbishley, Sky Sports Football League expert Peter Beagrie, Football League Chief Operating Officer Andy Williamson, BBC Sport's Mark Clemmit, League Managers Association Deputy CEO Olaf Dixon and npower Head of Sponsorship Emma Collins.

Westley was robbed - unbeaten in 11 in a league higher than Stevenage have ever been in before, with no money and Craig Reid in the squad.

Still love Chrissy Powell though, Sexy bitch.
