lestajigs Posted 5 September 2011 Posted 5 September 2011 i went in yesterday and he 'found one' round the back hahahahaha I'm on about about the 0-5year old kits!!
caz05 Posted 5 September 2011 Posted 5 September 2011 i need to take my home shirt back as it has began to peel on the sponsor, had it on pre order when they first came out, but cant find the receipt now, does anyone think that will mater?? cheers I didnt have a receipt for my sons when i took that back, and they changed it no problem
ros foxy Posted 6 September 2011 Posted 6 September 2011 Couldn't say mate sorry. Iv had one on order now for over four weeks and have paid, they promised me it would be here for the Southampton game, then the beginning off Sept and im still waiting. to say im P off is an understatement!
ozleicester Posted 7 September 2011 Posted 7 September 2011 Am i going to be the only one that feels sympathetic for the poor staff at our clubs shop?? They must be taking such an ear bashing over these shirts that burrda made, its not like its their fault or anything ... Providing they replace the shirt like-for-like with no fuss i dont see how anyone can be particularly unhappy with their end of the service. BLAME IT ALL ON BURRDA PEOPLE! On another note how is it a disgrace that they are out of stock on shirts? I dont understand as u dont walk into a main stream shop like cult and kick up a fuss because they're out of stock of something, u feel upset for a while and carry on with life. People need to get a grip. 1) providing like for like is not good enough, this means people have spent time and money having to go back and argue/bitch/moan to get a replacement. No, its not the people in the shops fault, but they are the people who sold the faulty product, they are goijg to get moaned at about it, its up to them to go to their managers and explain how unhappy people are so that the club ensures that the supplier of shirts is a reasonable quality in the future. 2) Its very different to a high street shop, LCFC only have to stock 1 type of shirt, surely it isnt that hard to maintain a stock level of 1 style of shirt in 3 colours (a high street shop has dozens of different styles and colours). Also telling people that stock will be in and it isnt, just causes more frustration. Yes its not life and death but it is called service and we have a right to expect a decent level of it.

They are probably out of stock because it has been flagged up that the quality of the shirts is poor. Im on my 2nd of both shirts and already need to replace my home one again however i will hold fire if they have non. Hopefully next time we change kits they will realise that going for a cheap manufacturer only causes more expense in having to provide numerous shirts for one purchase.
John Matrix Posted 9 September 2011 Posted 9 September 2011 cancel the sponsorship with burrda due to the shit service and get a decent manufacturer in. the clubs all about making citeh into a top brand, you would have thought the kit maker would be one of the top priorities.

I know for a fact that u don't even have to kick up a fuss to get ur shirt replaced providing they have the right one in stock. Also, as mentioned the reason they are low on stock and they don't have baby kits IS because of the amount of faulty shirts they've had ... one of their staff told me that about 80% of their first batch has been brought back leading to shortages. And the mini kits still haven't been made to a good enough quality level for them to want to sell them, but I've rang up and been told the delivery is coming today or monday
heatherfox Posted 9 September 2011 Posted 9 September 2011 I was talking to someone who's son plays for the academy and they claimed that next year the kit will be an addidas one (have no way of knowing if true or not but thought I would share it)
John Matrix Posted 9 September 2011 Posted 9 September 2011 ^^ don't think many of us will fit in them. maybe lildave
fatmando Posted 9 September 2011 Posted 9 September 2011 Is it just me or the mini kits that are 'available now on lcfcdirect.com' are not actually available on there? I can't find 'em.
LCFC_FAN_1995 Posted 17 September 2011 Posted 17 September 2011 Has anyone got the long sleeved version of the home shirt? Just noticed my home shirt, which i have replaced 3 times is peeling! But I know someone with the long sleeved version is having no trouble at all <_< anyone had problems with long sleeve home shirt?

wellyfox Posted 7 October 2011 Posted 7 October 2011 Is it possible toreturn a shirt and get it swapped even though I bought it in july? cheers They have a resonsibility to the customers and a name to keep. I don't think you will have a problem I don't have a new shirt but it appears they have problems that they know about. Your shirt should be changed no probs.

skinnydipper Posted 9 October 2011 Posted 9 October 2011 A sneak preview of next seasons shirt reveals a more minimalist design to stop opposition shirt pulling at corners. Steve Howard is reported to be excited about trialling the new kit.
