Hollism94 Posted 16 August 2011 Posted 16 August 2011 They won't let you in Freeman's Common if you've got a football shirt on. Saffron lane stadium is a good bet.
Spencer Posted 16 August 2011 Posted 16 August 2011 Just park at morrisons, they can't legally force you to pay any tickets they give you, I've been accruing them since I was 17.. Never been chased for one.. 22 now..

Maybes Posted 16 August 2011 Posted 16 August 2011 I used to have respect for Bristol City but 200 sold is ****ing woeful. Even Yeovil brought more than that!

thybluefox Posted 16 August 2011 Posted 16 August 2011 Well some of you have made youself out to be complete tools in this thread (what a surprise). I park by the Mazda garage which is opposite the main entrance for the freemans park/odeon car park. Fiver and not even a 5 minute walk. Although if I was there that early I'd go into the center of town for something to eat as its only a 15min walk away.
stripeyfox Posted 17 August 2011 Posted 17 August 2011 Indeed. Utter tools. Hopefully the OP has the sense to realise that we have our fair share of knobs in our support but that some of us actually enjoy a natter with guys from the other team (at least before and after, if not during the game).
boring_jester Posted 17 August 2011 Posted 17 August 2011 The Charity Car Parks are fine. £3 that goes all to charity but a bit of a wait on the way out due to the one way system. I thought the local hero was home fans only but it is a wednesday evening. hope you enjoy the game
boring_jester Posted 17 August 2011 Posted 17 August 2011 I used to have respect for Bristol City but 200 sold is ****ing woeful. Even Yeovil brought more than that! it is a wednesday night. not many people havnt got the time to get down after work and the £60 ticket for the train dosnt help
Finnegan Posted 17 August 2011 Posted 17 August 2011 I used to have respect for Bristol City but 200 sold is ****ing woeful. Even Yeovil brought more than that! They don't want to help us pay for Maynard.
ThurnbyLodgeFox Posted 17 August 2011 Posted 17 August 2011 thank you for all the advice. I certainly have a couple of options now. Hope you enjoy the match .. not too much of course if your getting here at 5, there is the tip near morrisons. a street that is normally empty that time of day and just a 5 mins walk away from the ground. you can pop over to morrisons, nandos etc from there aswell. would be your best bet if you are getting here for 5

CupidStunt Posted 17 August 2011 Posted 17 August 2011 Bristol Fans you must be ashamed of yourself, 200 fans is a joke.. Anyone remember the kanunt, that was saying BC are as big as LCFC in the famour maynard thread....
