Hi

Dont shoot me down for asking but a mate at work asked me if i could find out IF or WHEN the last time Leicester City ever conceded 8 goals or more? Why he wants to know il never know...

Ive had a quick scout on google but struggling to find any info

If any1 could tell me it would be great

the most goals i can recall being scored against us was a 7-2 loss against Everton in the late 60s

i think it sealed matt gillies's fate as manager

can't remember us conceding 8 goals or more since .

Some time in the 60s I went to Villa Park and saw us lose 8-3. We had a reasonable team at the time, and Gordon Banks was in goal. I'm pretty certain Derek Dougan was playing for them.

we lost 8-3 to villa at filbert street in 1932 , but i doubt if the doog was playing :D

I know! One of the Leicester players had his stag night the previous night. Good idea! All the players were still pissed up. Such a shame it had to be those Notts F*rrest *****.

I know, i hate it every time I see the record books, would you take going up then losing 13-0 to someone once promotion is confirmed??? not last day at leeds tho cuz that isn't needed either.
