Just scored me and 3 of my mates Tickets to the Friday and Saturday, could also go on the Thursday. Going with a supporter group who have been personally asked and given tickets by Internationals captain Greg Norman.....all we have to do is wear special old school soxs and beret so we are all matching. surrifox Posted 18 November 2011 Posted 18 November 2011 I cant read enough about williams. stuff the golf and all that boring stuff I need to know more about Williams technique for lugging a bag of golf clubs around a golf course in exchange for several million dollars and then slagging off the guy who made him a millionaire and racially abusing him. Perhaps he will bring a book out for the guidance of those people who are always dropping their golf bags in the water or accidentally setting fire to them. A real pro like Williams would never allow that to happen.

SOCCERROO FOX Posted 20 November 2011 Author Posted 20 November 2011 Was a brilliant few days, not sure if anyone watched the coverage but i was with the fanatics the guys in the Aussie tops, long socks and green berets. At the end all the US team one by one came in and had a sing with us as well as sharing banter with us all week. I got called on to the 18th Green on the Saturday by KJ Choi he gave me a hug and a signed ball whilst his wife took a photo of us. Anna Ivanvich joined us at one point whilst we followed Scotty. Even got Tiger woods wearing one of our berets at the end.

Have to say it was quite funny seeing the fans acting like that at a golf tournament, quite a contrast to our golf fans.

Have to say it was quite funny seeing the fans acting like that at a golf tournament, quite a contrast to our golf fans. All started from the Davis Cup Tennis sort of just took off from there. Fanatics weren't going to attend the Presidents Cup golf as it isn't normally the sort of event for signing etc. But 4 weeks ago Greg Norman approached the head of the fanatics and provided 50 free tickets a day if they could show up and make our presence known. Security were informed and all the players, just made it amazing that everyone responded in such a great way. All the WAGS would come up to us and have a sing and joke with us easily one of the best few days immaginable.
