Don't think he was needed, exactly what has he done to show he's a better bet than Bruno Berner?

For a natural left footed player I dont rate konch to highly at all. Worrys me at left back more than robbie neilson did at right back. Certainly not streets ahead of bruno.

Don't know what you've been watching. Konchesky's been one of our best and most consistent players this season. Gets a lot of stick for no good reason.

Playing the diamond he was constantly left without cover or anyone to help him out. He's no Ashley Cole in attack, but he's a great defender from what I've seen.

Agree totally. Think sometimes people just criticise konchesky for the sake of it.

Exactly. He is probably better back up than Ball.

You say that and how Sven never gave Kennedy a chance, and yet you've seen one game from ball and are saying he's not good enough why did we buy him...

True. But I still don't see why when Kennedy is probably good enough back up.

Agree with you, im amazed how Bruno has been ignored by Sven, only been to Cov away but have a ST and not seen Konchesky have a great game yet, Bruno scored some goals aswell, and considering Konchesky is behind some free kicks he maybe should be on 3 or 4 by now instead of 1. Dont think he's done that well considering he's dropped down a level. Michael Ball has done really well when we consider his injuries but I am not sure what he has to offer us now.

koncheskey isnt amazing but hes considerably better than berner, cmon surely you know this
