Looks like she put some effort in on that one. Put her back into it. Sometimes she just looks like she's shovelling lead. Her technique is slapdash. But I think she might have put some training in prior to this engagement.

Note how Big Phil lets Liz do all the planting. Feckin Greeks, they invented gayness.

I believe this was taken outside of the Queen's semi-detached in Groby. She was just putting in the Wormwood bush in attempt to thwart last summer's infamous flea problem. Edward, who was staying in the spare room got infested, and the Corgi's were soon to follow!

I understand that Edward persisted on being on the trampoline whilst the photographer came over. He was pleading for him to take a snap of him bouncing and touching his toes. Let's just say the Queen was pissed!

You question her technique and professionalism, but at least she know to tread the soil down around the roots after it's planted.

I think on that particular day she was suffering from the meat sweats, after her Prince Phillip had their Annual duck and quail sausage eating competition. Her Highness destroyed 6 links and then finished off 3 litre bottle of Frosty Jack and elderberry cordial. I'll forgive her this once, everyone needs to let loose once and awhile. I can see her attention to planting detail hasn't dwindled over the years.
