I managed to drastically increase the volume on my end by enabling the "Loudness Equalization". To turn this on, right click the speaker icon in the task bar and select playback devices, in the window that opens choose your device and then Properties. Next, go to the Enhancement tab and tick the box in the list then click apply.

Edit: nice one for the stream by the way mate.
