Longest time spent outside of the top flight?

1st reply is correct. Guess this wasn't as tricky as I hoped.

Yes, according to stats on football manager, we haven't spent nine seasons outside the top flight since 1925.

So essentially, this is the 5hittest we've ever been? Or 5hit for the longest time ever.

I remember when we were a top 10 PL club for years. Now I'd be over the moon with us being a yo-yo club again. Surely we're due some good times again soon?

Basically, yeh. Not ony will it be nine years at the end of next season but we've been down to league one in that time too. So surely the shittest period in our history.
