foxes2011 Posted 8 April 2012 Posted 8 April 2012 id be interested to see the deadwood go out and the fresh players come in. i just hope we give pearson the time he needs, i think he should be given the full next season and see where we are after that. if we make progress and get playoffs next season regardless of what happens he should be given a season after that. the only time he should be sacked is if we are in releagtion zone. We need to stop sacking managers every six months. i supported sven when he was hear but sven was a high profile manager not suited to championship football .

Agreed with all this Managers need time to build a team and NP will get it right, he's a good manager
Leicester_Loyal Posted 8 April 2012 Posted 8 April 2012 I actually agree that you can only see that after a summer .... I'm not sure I'd have the patience to see that in the owners position, and i'm not sure they will. Whatever happens I'll be as sad as anyone if NP wasn't given a summer .... But I'd understand why as well. So if you were the owner, you'd sack Pearson? Who would you replace him with?
Steven Posted 8 April 2012 Posted 8 April 2012 So if you were the owner, you'd sack Pearson? Who would you replace him with? Chris Powell.
5waller5 Posted 8 April 2012 Posted 8 April 2012 So if you were the owner, you'd sack Pearson? Who would you replace him with? No I wouldn't sack him. I'd give him to the end of the season and then assess the options available then. I'd want to see some signs that we'd be a force next season, and I'd want to have a good sit down with him and assess the season and hear his plans for next season. Then I'd assess the other options available. It's too early for him to go now ... but I'd want to see some signs and plans of better things to come.
Stevosevic Posted 8 April 2012 Posted 8 April 2012 Manager needs time. Chris Powell had a pretty abysmal record for Charlton last season, look at them now. There are many more examples i cannot be bothered to list.
