SaltyDog Posted 5 June 2012 Posted 5 June 2012 Re-newed in K1, but will be down at the ground as soon as the tickets in L1 that haven't been renewed go on general sale and hope to move over. Currently Row CC in K1 so standing and atmosphere was alright last season... but further over would be better... we'll see what comes up at the weekend
Libertine Dream Posted 5 June 2012 Posted 5 June 2012 This is what I don't understand, why pay to sit in the part of the ground that generates the most atmosphere, only to sit down and not sing. Cos its fairly cheap. This is where safe standing comes in, it helps people ,wanting make a noise, gather and prevent this happening to a degree.
Rich Fox Posted 6 June 2012 Posted 6 June 2012 Just had email from ticket office saying they cannot relocate My seat to L1 until after the 18th June as they ate having an administration week next week.

I agree, 1st season in L1 last year and assumed everyone in L1 stood, gutted to go to our seat on row M 1st game of the season with everyone sat down. Then within 10mins havin my t-shirt tugged and told to sit by the chap behind me. After that we managed to squeeze on the end of rows but wasnt very pleasent going to matches not knowing where we would end up. One interesting comment i heard mid season from a senior steward to another steward before a match was "make sure they sit below the block entrance" so we have no hope of the whole of L block standing.
Danno Posted 10 June 2012 Posted 10 June 2012 Jealous of you L block people.. sit in J block with my Dad so I can't really move because he prefers it there, atmosphere is terrible no one ever bleeding sings.
Marmite Posted 18 June 2012 Posted 18 June 2012 We moved from row D, to row DD, quite a few people queuing at 9am this morning At least I can stand up now and

Which J block do you sit in? When me and my dad go, we always end up at the top of J3, the atmosphere is decent and there's a group of young lads up their who are always starting songs off.....
AnotherShitSeason Posted 19 June 2012 Posted 19 June 2012 Can any of you L Block people tell me if Row W is generally standing?
Poakey Posted 20 June 2012 Posted 20 June 2012 Can any of you L Block people tell me if Row W is generally standing? I think its quite close to standing, but not quite.
