Normally I sleep like a log ,but the last few nights I've been bunged up in the head with a cold . Every time I lie down i start coughing and choking so I've been wandering about trying to get clear and end up coming on here .

Maybe you should do what 50% of the Leicester folk do with these symptoms and dial 999. But you don't live in Highfields do you? So you would just take Lemsip and sit it out.

It worked a treat for a few hours but it came back with a vengeance
