Millwall - Match Thread

When we control games, and Drinkwater and King play well - we usually win

When Drinkwater and King struggle against the more physical sides in the division - we usually lose

It's not hard to notice this unless your a thick t**t.

Drinkwater and King, when they play well, we play well. When we win it's nothing to do with physicality is it? It's because they've played better.

IMO King and Drinkwater just are not good enough for a promotion side. Two midfielders are desperately needed, and not another two who just give up the ghost when someone puts a tackle in. Not good enough,

We have missed the opportunity to establish our chance to stay at the top of this division, tactics; -not ruthless enough; -weak midfield; -inconsistent; we have only done well against soft sides, this is not good enough to maintain a consistent challenge for promotion. :(

Stoke???

The trouble is we are not a good enough footballing side to avoid this, we are not swansea, and even norwich played better football than us but had physical strikers e.g. holt.

At this level no matter how much good football you play you still need someone to get on the end of a cross in a box, which we do not have.

1 team in years and years.

We're not good enough to play a passing game and we're not physical enough to bully teams.

Overall we're far from the side some think we are.

Will anyone now actually wake up and see the truth???

We only have 1 capable striker. The midfield needs a more physical body in there. Even some bugger which can only play hoofball, as long as he puts a foot in and is generally a dirty ****er, king and drinky can then play.
