LCFC 2013 Supporter Survey

Have your say in shaping Club policy and you could win a 2013/14 Season Ticket…

Players and managers come and go, that’s football. But one thing always remains – the fans, which is why Leicester City Football Club are looking long term to ensure supporters have the opportunity to voice their opinion.

The Club have launched the new supporter survey for 2013 ensuring that supporters of Leicester City can now have their say and play an important role in the way their Club is run.

Each year the Club run a similar process in an attempt to identify any trends in supporter behaviour and more importantly, to find out what the fans actually want.

In the first step to an improved consultation and research plan for 2013, Leicester City supporters were given the opportunity to join the Fans Consultative Committee (FCC) with a range of new members now having been recruited by the Club.

The committee play an important role in helping the Club better understand the thoughts and feelings of supporters throughout the year, consulting on a wide range of topics ranging from ticket prices to Club policies.

By selecting supporters from each stand at King Power Stadium and by both increasing the number of, and varying the age of the new members, this will now ensure that the whole supporter base is represented.

And now on top of this, supporters outside of the FCC will now be able to have their say and provide the Club with valuable feedback as part of an overall improvement to the Leicester City supporter engagement programme.

Jamie Tabor, Head of Marketing for Leicester City, said: “The Leicester City supporters are the lifeblood of the Football Club and through regular consultation we are able to ensure that they have a vital say in how Club policy is shaped both today and in the future.

“The supporter survey offers us a great opportunity to gauge the opinions of a vast number of supporters across a number of demographics and ensure that the services we provide are meeting the high standards that should be expected of Leicester City.”

The survey focuses on a range of topics including ticketing, social media, the matchday experience, the City Fanstore plus much more.

The Club will welcome all feedback and all supporters who complete the survey will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win a Season Ticket for the 2013/14 campaign*.

To have your say, simply click HERE and complete the survey. Supporters will have until midnight on Thursday 21 February to submit their feedback.

Make sure you have YOUR say on YOUR Club’s future.

*Current Season Ticket Holders will win their current seat or a cheaper seat. Non Season Ticket Holders will win a seat in the JTT area of the West Stand.

No questions on matchday atmosphere or how that could be improved but plenty about how much money they are getting out of us in the fanstore etc. Shows the main priorities of the club in my opinion.. £££.

Yeah but it's not really up to the Club to improve the atmosphere is it.
