Hugo Sanchez Posted 10 February 2014 Posted 10 February 2014 Spot on babylon, last season when we struggling. You couldn't look to the bench to change it because we had a awful bench. Ben Marshall at Barnsley stands out. Now if things aren't going well you can look to Super Kev ( leeds and Bournemouth game changer ) Chris Wood is a good sub to have in the championship too. Plus you got Hammond and King to help the team see out a result. Maybe haven't got the best defensive cover though.

Lose Big Wes and the heartbeat of the back four is gone.
Buce Posted 10 February 2014 Posted 10 February 2014 It's better to burn out than to fade away- Neil Young Fixed for you.

Corky Posted 10 February 2014 Posted 10 February 2014 Saturday had little to do with burn out, it was to do with someone putting 11 men behind the ball for 90 minutes. It was almost a carbon copy of the Forest game earlier in the season other than we got one back early rather than missing a penno. I don't think Saturday's result was the worst thing to happen really, it gave us an idea of how teams will probably set up in home games now so the management staff can make plans to combat it. The winning run was going to end and it's better to get a draw from 0-2 down than limp along with an inept 0-1 like Sheffield Wednesday/ Millwall last season. Certainly no signs of burn out or lack of confidence.
