Has Our Customer Service Got Worse

Recommended Posts

Been trying to book Ipswich tickets on line for the last couple of days but can't log in to the OS. So that idea went out of the window. Plan 2 phone up spoke to someone who said can't sell these over the phone but the ticket office is open Saturdays 9-5 and Sundays 10-2, great I thought go down this morning to get some. Wrong again got there it was shut because the fan store are stocktaking. So much for customer service absolutely S**t.

LCFC Direct/Online gets a lot of stick on here but I've always bought all my tickets and some retail stuff on there and has always been fine for me.

Have you used online before? If not then you need to register first. Logging in has always been fine.

I bought Blackpool and Ipswich tickets just on Tuesday and has been working well. Unless you're putting in the wrong email address or ID number and password not sure why you couldn't log in

I think they've got better, alot better.

A year or two ago you were on hold for atleast 20 - 30 minutes, sometime you even got cut off because you had been on hold for so long, I have found this season that you get your phone call answered almost straight away.

Whenever I've dealt with the club, customer service has been fairly good.

I seem to have problems for 50% of my dealings. They've always polite and generally helpful just incompetent or lacking knowledge but that seems to be a universal problem with retail businesses and there's definitely worse.

To be honest apart from jim. I assume he's still there. I don't do a lot of deals anymore.

I find them all pretty useless.

That said it's been crap for years. I think most clubs are the same. We fans like to think we count and they care. But with the money coming into the game from tv they really don't need us as much as they did.

It took us 4 hours to sort our season tickets when we moved to the walkers. How difficult should it be.

That was after 10 years of having season tickets at filbert st. Good job we weren't buying based on the service we received.
