The smell of s#h#i#t in the city... Leeds at home - coincidence?

Upon leaving work today I noticed the smell of s#h#i#t near the train station which appeared to linger throughout the city centre and heading west to Bede Park etc.

Did anyone else notice it? What the hell caused it?
