Rugby Challenge 2 - Lions Tour Edition

Has anyone got this? I didn't realise it came out last month, but it looks superb. Although I had the first one and thought it was shit. Just wondering if anyone can shed any light on any improvements.

I will immediately buy any rugby game that ACTUALLY gets good reviews and ACTUALLY has half decent licensing. Apparently, this never happens.

There was a half decent one on the PS1, think it was done by Codemasters and all I can remember it had Bill McLaren commentating and when it started raining he would say in his sonorous tones, "Brrriiiitish weeaatheeer."

I had the last one, thought it was great, until I stopped playing it and went back to play it again after a couple of months, and thought, wtf is this shit.

It was the constant offloads after being tackled that annoyed me. When you played against someone capable, it was almost like basketball, in end-to-end scoring.

Also, about 25% of the time, if you’d kick for touch in your 22, it’d treat it as if it were on any area of the pitch. The commentator would say “oh that’s out on the fullâ€. I’m in my 22! I didn’t pass it back in, either.
